My family and I take the opportunity to spend a few minutes with each other in the mornings before work and school , and almost Dailey go to the Starbucks location at 131 landings BLVD. this morning and several other mornings we were greeted by the most unprofessional and disrespectful employee you have ever seen and today was the tip of it for us. after this morning we are seriously re-considering business with your company. After the Employee( Ashley? possibly a manager) ( dark haired , heavy set, with glasses , handling the window.) made comments about our method of payment , and then called our drinks disgusting and rolled her eyes several times we left and shortly after I called the store to get her name to which I was told by another employee "that is information we can't give out". The attitude from this specific employee is continuous nearly every time she is working the window and we make contact with her. We simply wanted to speak with someone about her conduct but was unable to take it up the chain of command so I am reaching out to you in hopes that her actions will be remedied
I am a former federal law enforcement official and my wife in a medical professional I have law enforcement plates and I assume this particular employee does not like my choice of profession or maybe its just my family she don’t like. but we feel belittled, harassed, and disrespected So far at this location We have been: handed a cup without a lid securely attached with excess coffee pooled on the lid , leaking coffee everywhere in my vehicle ( white seats) we are rushed by this employee when ordering ( she will say.. “anything else…anything else… anything else….” repeatedly While we are speaking our order. We have observed this employee place her uncovered bare hand down the back of her pants then go back to making coffee without putting gloves on or washing hands ( I assume to tuck her underwear tag or shirt in ?!) … We have heard this employee make comments about us to her other employees and into the headphones using profane and indecent language. (This is in violation of Federal obscenity broadcasting laws). We have suspicions that on occasion our food has been tampered with for example Yesterday my pregnant wife received a breakfast burrito that had additional seasoning on it that made it Unpalatable it was burnt & stale like it was from the day before. It was hot on the outside and cold on the inside with what looked to be a entire bottle of some type of dill seasoning or something. she ate one bite and because extremely sick for hours. Our drinks has randomly had a bunch of salt poured into the bottom of the cup so the first thing you taste is nothing but salt! They have us waiting sometimes at the window for 30 – 40 minutes for 2 drinks and sandwich’s during which time we have to listen to this particular employee make comments about how disgusting our food is or specific comments about us that day ( the clothes we wear or hair not perfect or whatever her issue may be that day with us.) she will roll her eyes ,sigh.
Now imagine you have about 30 minutes to spend as a family and would like nothing more then to have a peaceful breakfast with your family before everyone leaves and goes about there daily life but, near every morning, first thing , you are met with this very unpleasant person whom really seems to hate her peers , her customers, law enforcement or maybe just everyone in general.
How would u handle that? Drive miles extra each day to go to another Starbucks? Skip breakfast with your family? Drag yourself out of bed 2 hours earlier then normal to make breakfast every morning ? I feel like this particular employee is facilitating a hostile environment for not only the customers but also the other employees

Read moreI honestly lost hope in humanity before coming to this location I am a local born and raised but one thing that I have struggled with is trying to find a place I can go to that can cheer me up. Lately I’ve been struggling with my depression and things going on in my every day life that are out of my control at this point so today I came to this location to ask for a pick me up and that’s exactly what they did but a lot more. When they greeted me at the intercom not only were they sweet iamd some of the best customer service and I’ve had in a long time but when I asked him to make me a drink because I needed cheering up not only did they provide one of the best drinks I’ve had in a really Long time but they wrote encouraging messages all over my car to remind me that things are going to be OK and it’s something that I needed to hear so thank you Starbucks Night Shift for cheering me up and for making not only my day but my whole year a lot better. Over the course of the year we've experienced: -The lobby being closed due to understaffing, which was problematic at the time because we had a mobile order set for in-store pick up. (twice. why not turn it off?) -Unbelievably poor drink quality. I truly believe I've been given melted mobile orders via drive through from other guests who didn't come in and pick theirs up. I also have received sugar free syrups as replacement in my drink without notice. -Standing at the point of sale counter, not greeted when trying to order inside. -Once, I ordered a bakery item through the mobile app, when I have arrived the baggie was sitting in mobile pick-up area in a puddle of melted ice and milky overspill.
