I looked online on reddit and the reviews of this place saying it was such a phenomenal experience, so I came in to get my wedding dress shortened and to take in the straps. They took it in way too much that the cups of the dress were too high on the dress for me to wear comfortably, in which Tami replied “you did not say anything about that to not be the case”. I am not a tailor or work in this line of work and was unaware I had to ask for my boobs to fit in the dress. The dress was backless so I needed those cups to work, as no bra would work (and believe me I tried every possible thing and spent a lot of additional money after alterations and the dress cost). They said they couldn’t fix it though and I had less than a few weeks until my wedding at that point, which caused me great distress, as there wasn’t any fixing at that point as it already took over a month to get the dress back. I quite literally had to tape my boobs so high up and be uncomfortable for my wedding because of this, and cried many tears trying to figure out how to work this out for the big day. I cannot express how thankful I am that so many people recommended I come here for my wedding dress alterations! Tami was SO nice and SO professional when handling my two wedding dresses and what they needed. I had a few questions and she answered them with great care and understanding and told me how we could make my dreams come true. She knew exactly what I needed to make the dresses fit like a glove!

I just came to pick them up today and she remembered me right away! Brought both dresses out and helped me try them on and they are perfection! I waited a bit too long to pick them up because I am always running behind but they’re ready for my big day next week and I could not be more grateful!!! I will 100% be coming back in the future and telling all my friends to go to her. She’s such a special woman with a very talented gift of making you feel like a princess 👑

I called before hand to ensure they were not busy and the lady said I could come in.., once I get there she was extremely unprofessional and rude, I asked if she could alter my dress and she said it could not be done so I understand, but then she proceeded to being rude and disrespectful even tho I was trying to be understanding and working with her, all I needed was a piece sawn back in and another dress altered, but the way she talks to customers should not be for someone like that. Very rude. Hope you guys have a better experience than I did.

Since the owner decided to replied back to my comment, I went to an “ALTERATIONS” place, and it wasn’t the fact that it could not be alter or fix, rather the owner’s attitude and condescending way of talking to me.
