I wish we could give more than 5 stars! Consider this my 10 star review hahaha!
We were able to make a reservation for 10 people (5 adults, 5 kids) We are a family that travels for ministry, and therefore have eaten at a LOT of places all around the nation and even other nations. We have seen the "GREAT," the "just-okay," and the "downright awful."
So let me tell you about our experience here:
This place was reasonably priced, the price range was between $20-50. I guarantee you will be satisfied with the quality ingredients and appetizers, all very fresh and well worth the price! We came on a weekday evening, and it was the most relaxing restaurant experience with kids we've ever had.
It was my birthday, and I wanted the family there to celebrate, yep even the kids haha. I LOVE Italian food but my hubby is doing the Keto diet so I wanted somewhere with just meat & veggies too. I had the spaghetti with homemade meatballs. He had the grouper. Y'all, I wanna cry at how good it was haha! Best meatballs ever đ€€đ
My husband was very happy with his meal, he said it was so good he was literally trying to eat the tiny pieces left over on his plate. đ
My sister-in-law and I combined have SIX BOYS under the age of 4 years old. (No we're not Mormon, we just wanted kids!) A relaxing restaurant experience is usually a rare phenomenon, not because the kids are necessarily acting badly, but its overstimulating for young children when there's constant loud noise all around and there is some extra work involved to keep them behaving well (although our boys do pretty well in general.) Well, we BOTH were so relaxed here, it was wonderful and quiet but not too quiet, with the music on just the right level. My sister-in-law really wants to come back for a date night with her hubby, and honestly me too with my hubby!
OH, and they had this game where after your meal, you roll some dice, and if they both land on "PIANO" you get a $50 gift card. We didn't get it, but that was fun!
Whatever these restaurant owners are doing, keep doing it! I will most likely be back at some...

I've been a few times and each time, the wait staff is attentive and pleasant, the food tastes great, and the music serves as a great backdrop to an elegant atmosphere.
The Food: As stated, is great. I have had about half of their menu and i have yet to taste a dish that was "just okay". I've had the spare ribs, beef tenderloin, Chilean seabass, and duck confit. I recommend all of them. I asked if the duck confit was overly sweet, and as they promised, it was not. It was cooked perfectly with a light sweetness that added to to the taste.
The atmosphere: Its perfect for a date night. The piano player mixes classical piano pieces with more contemporary songs that blend into the background and when you want, is a treat to pay attention to when trying to guess the name of the song. When you walk in, you automatically feel like you stepped into a small cafe in Spain or Croatia that isn't filled with tourists. It feels very welcoming, warm, and the decor and paintings elevate the look just enough to not seem gaudy or overbearing.
The Staff: They are awesome. Its hard running a restaurant and tough to get good staff. They have both hard working staff that is are very nice. Aside from being very pleasant and attentive, they were also very knowledgeable with the food and suggested good wine parings.
I also hosted 20 of my coworkers here. The manager/owners were very easy to work with and accommodating. I also recommend bringing a medium sized group to this restaurant for a...
Read moreThis place is perfection. Itâs situated away from the hustle and bustle of Park Ave and provides you with an elegant yet local ambience on the corner of E. Hannibal Square. I stumbled upon this lovely family owned business on a Sunday evening. There were two locals sitting outside when we arrived to review the menu and they highly recommended it so we decided to give them a try, which we later thanked them for. I ordered the chicken teriyaki (the pineapples were a nice touch) the white rice was air fluff and not over filling at all. My sister ordered the chicken mushroom pasta, both orders were to-go. We mustâve just missed the rush arriving well after lunch but directly before dinner because we were in and out of there in less than 30 minutes, which was exactly what we needed and had asked for being on a break. Though our time here was short, we thoroughly enjoyed conversing with Dylan, Polina and her parents who are absolutely adorable!! I appreciated everything from the sparkling water, to the clean lavatories, to the owners hand painted art work, as well as the exceptional service. I have already recommended this location to friends and I am anticipating Cafe Piano being one of our regular go-to places to enjoy in the seasons to come. Do yourself a favor and give this lovely cafe a warm WP welcome by giving them a chance for yourself. This place deserves an overall five stars!!!!!
Thank you Cafe Piano, see...
