I am 6 weeks postpartum with my 3rd baby and my husband graciously gifted me this experience for Mother’s Day. The experience was nice because everyone loves getting their hair washed, but I would not say I received a head massage. I received a very overpriced hair wash. Overall, I am so disappointed and upset that I have to tell my husband that his thoughtful idea wasn’t worth the cost which was a lot for us. I hope this isn’t the experience everyone has but wanted to share my feedback. I think the concept is great and hope that other therapist do execute what is expected. I don’t ever write reviews, but I reached out to to the company and received no response for my concerns so I felt I needed to warn public that the service doesn’t not equate to the cost.

• UPDATE* I was invited back to Sage for another massage and the experience was night and day difference. My provider was wonderful, thoughtful and thorough. She used all of her tools, and the head massage was amazing. She even did my neck and shoulders. I really appreciated Sage reaching out and offering another opportunity. I don’t usually write reviews. But, I just had the most amazing experience at Headspa in Winter Park. First of all the spa was so beautiful and clean. I had the most incredible and relaxing headspa treatment and facial with Lindsey B. Lindsey was just so comforting and attentive. She could tell I was a little nervous and she was just able to relax me and make me feel so comfortable with her warm personality and her skill set. Her hands were like magic. I was so relaxed with Lindsey B and she was so dedicated to her skill as well as attention to every little detail and making sure I was relaxed and comfortable the entire time. I can’t say enough about Lindsey B. She has an infectious smile and warmth to her with her tone and touch. I left with my head so relaxed and my skin was just glowing. I had the most incredible experience at The Sage Head Spa in Winter Park, FL. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calming and welcoming. But what truly made the visit unforgettable was my session with Rebecca.

Rebecca has a gift—not only is she incredibly skilled and knowledgeable, but she also has a calming presence that puts you at ease instantly. She took the time to explain the process, checked in with me about pressure and comfort levels, and made sure I felt relaxed throughout.

The treatment itself was pure bliss. My scalp, neck, and shoulders felt completely rejuvenated by the end of the session. I left feeling lighter, more relaxed, and noticeably less tense. It was clear that Rebecca puts a lot of care into her work, and her attention to detail did not go unnoticed.
