Not happy with customer service. Purchased expensive furniture and they were great prior to purchase. But after purchase, good luck. Not very nice to talk to.

They appear to be 3rd party sellers...so no returns or exchanges...kept arguing that 30 days start from the date of purchase and not from date of delivery (against normal business standards). In covid era, it's deliveries are non existent prior to 30 days..
