I have been coming to this nail salon for over a year now and iāve never had any issues until today. I never felt the need to schedule an appointment because every person that iāve been placed with had done a wonderful job. iām not sure if the person i got today was new or not but i was not pleased with the service. i went in for a dip powder manicure and a pedicure. i had acrylic on my big toes and i specifically asked for it to all be removed and replaced with a new acrylic layer. Iāve made this same request before with other staff and they have done exactly as i asked. They used the acetone to take it all off and reapplied a new layer. the person today did not. i watched everything he did and all he did was file my nails down with the electric file and over the acrylic that was already there and filled in my nails. then, he filed down the length of my nails and unlike any of the other staff he did not ask the length i preferred he did what he thought was okay and i had to tell him to make them shorter. i asked for french and unlike any of the other staff he never asked what base color i wanted he just brought a random color (luckily i was okay with the color he brought over). Each time iāve come here iāve been offered water, today i wasnāt offered anything. the dip powder manicure was fine only thing missing was the hot towel like iāve gotten previously with other staff. when it comes time for payment i mention to him and im assuming the manager, that my toes were filled in with acrylic not taken off like i asked. they both proceed to tell me that the acrylic was removed when i sat there and watched with my own eyes that there was still yellow acrylic on my toes i didnāt even see my actual toenail. the manager was not standing over him watching so thereās no way he knows for a fact what was to my toes. all of this being said i do not know if i will be returning. if i do it will only be a scheduled appt with Vivie or Amy. and i warn others you are taking a risk if you walk-in...

My nails Weāre in so much pain after i spoke to the manager and showed her what other nail tech did to my nails and she insisted she can fix it. She was sweet about it, and reshaped them. Second time I went in there with my partner both got pedicures my pedicure was fine but partners cuticles were filled down so much she was BLEEDING. Then the nail tech continued to apply polish over the wound. It was My partners first time getting a pedicure so she didnāt say anything about being in pain. She told me when we left and i called the manager and told her this is the second time this happens and she offered 50% off next visit. I hesitated to go back but went in 2 months later. Outside the door there is a sign that says if you spend over $30 you get 10% off. Keep that in mind. I got a basic pedicure, removed my gel polish and got sns on my short nails. They charged me $67 with 20% off because of the āincidentsā. She dropped the 50% to 20%. Didnāt add the 10% the had outside posted. I didnāt say anything i asked her to break down what she had charged me. She charged me 27 for a basic pedicure $10 to remove gel. $35 for sns and then when she was doing my nails she asked if i want my cuticles cut .. i said yes. Iāve never gotten that asked before usually itās part of the nail service. But she basically charged me an extra $10 to cut my cuticles. My sns was rushed because they are short staffed and she bounced between me and another client. Place is beautiful and relaxing but NOT WORTH it ! Donāt believe me, go see...

Matt was nail tech when he couldnāt he sent me to a friend but I want be back The young lady that did my nails was sweet but didnt speak š£ļø English or mis understood cut my nails short , Keep them square and round the corners I had to keep stopping her to remind her ā basic manicure no nails add or polish add just simple. I can deal with her and the fact that she was confused š¤. But What I refuse is bad management and a greeter that was Nasty 𤮠mouth . Iām an easy going but I donāt think rounding the corner is the same thing as oval nail. Than To threaten to call the police is outrageous because I didnāt like my nails and she did what she wanted is crazy . The value of Customer service has went down. I have never had this happen and wouldnāt recommend blacks to come to this shop or Spanish or any one to come here they took a matter that was a level 3 to a level 20 just because she jack up .
Iām a Bussiness owner and I been in the beauty industry 20 plus years and would never get that aggressive and upset. All my nail was shaped different sizes and shapes . .
I have five stars āļø for custom service in hair industry for a reason and given clients what they want and ask for.
Now whatās terrible is that the young lady Should not be working on clients if she cannot communicate effectively.
Please work on the customer service, professionalism, skill set . The behavior is why the place was empty ,no person of value will tolerate that type of disrespect or service. Have a bless day wish you...
