My husband went in tonight to buy a type of vape pen. Husband wasn’t exactly sure what vape he was looking for so he asked the employee working. The guy working the store tonight has no idea about the products he sells here. The man was hard to understand and since Husband wasn’t sure about what they sold he asked the man multiple questions about the vape he was looking at to make sure it was the right one. Like if it was fully loaded and ready to go the man said yes. Husband asked again to make sure so I won’t need to buy anything else to go with this vape the man said nope it’s ready. Husband brings it home and it’s none of those. Not even the right vape. He went back with it unopened in hopes to return it. Expectations were low but we hoped since the guy gave up wrong information he would. We told the guy this wasn’t the right thing and wanted to return it. Guy said can’t do that. so husband asked if they even sold the stuff that’s suppose to go with it and guy said no we don’t sell that stuff here…I understand my husband could of just not bought it since he was also unsure of what he was suppose to be buying, but I feel the employees should know the products they’re selling so they can better assist the customers when they have questions.
