If youre thinking about training with Phil DO IT! To make a long story short I have back pain, sports injuries that required surgery, and scoliosis. I've been to chiropracters, physical therapists, accupuncturists, all kinds of medical doctors and I could never figure out or heal what was going on with my back. And I'm only in my 30's. Everytime I would work out it felt like I would reinjure my back. I've been working with Phil for about 3 months, twice a week, and I could cry tears of happiness because I felt like I lost all hope that I was going to be able to feel my age and he has proven that wrong. My trainer was the consummate professional, always providing clear cut instructions for properly executing the movement and improving targeted areas in need of greater attention. While a good distance from where I live, it was more than worthwhile to go there for my training sessions. Dimitri was always very positive, encouraging, and supportive throughout every session. Read moreAfter a hips surgery when I was a teenager, I ended up with an imbalance on my legs, limited hips movements, hips pain, limping and a variety of limitations to perform some movements, with the past of the years I just got use to it, to the point that it was normal for me to stand up straight and watch my left foot pointing slightly to left while my right foot was straight up to the front. Luckily for me I found Bounce back fitness and I can give testimony that literally after just a few sessions I’m bouncing back to mobility.
