Customer service was terrible from the time we walked in. I called early in the morning to see if i can order a cake for later that day. The lady told me depending on what cake i want and that they do have ready made cakes, so i told her the cake i want and what time i will be there and she said ok its done. I also asked her can I have something written on it she replied of course tell them when you get there. Ok so when we arrived we tell the guy at the front what we ordered he asked us our name i told him he said i dont see you in the system, he asked for our phone number we told him he said he dont see it, we show him the number we called he then say thats the wrong number, i then tell him the lady on the phone asked me what location was i going to i told her and she transferred me to the correct store. I asked him why are we going thru all this when a red velvet cake that we ordered is right in display he replied he had to call somewhere so in the meantime while he has us waiting while he talking to someone explaining to them that he didn't see the cake another employee look in the fridge right behind them and they say oh here is the cake. He had us going thru all of that for at least 15 minutes when he never checked right behind him to see if it was in the fridge area he said its suppose to be in our computer. Then when I got the cake i asked can they write happy birthday on it, he said we are not the best writers and the girl that does it, is not here and we dont know where she at. So i said can i write something on it, so as he is getting the icing pens, he said here she is walking in now, he tells her that we need her to write something on the cake, she replies im not doing it you guys need to learn. I could not believe what i heard. So i said to her excuse me is it possible you can do it for me because I have nothing to do with you and the guys not knowing. She just took the cake and wrote on it. No apology. I told her thank you No your welcome. So sad i will not be returning nor my family and co workers and its sad because we enjoyed the cake and the brownie we got. And my entire family. Yesterday I walked in with my children to order a cake for my daughterās birthday the next day, the only two girls working there yesterday late afternoon were so unbelievably rude, I asked if I can place an order for a cake tomorrow afternoon, immediately they both answered at the same time NO! I then asked why they both answered again because itās past 12 pm so at this point Iām confused because this was never an issue before. I tried to explain to the two girls Iāve been ordering cakes here for 12 years no one has never said anything about this no ordering cakes after 12 policy. I then asked since when do you have this policy. They both rudely and aggressively answered at the same time again yesterday. I asked if there was any other options they both said no. So I walked out because at this point Iām feeling uncomfortable and frustrated of how poor their customer service skills are or lack of. What they could of said was Iām sorry but our new policy doesnāt allow us to place orders for cakes after 12, but maybe we can offer you another option. I will never set foot in this...

I ordered a red velvet cupcake and a pina colada cupcake. The red velvet was very good, the pina colada icing and cherry was delicious but the cake had a rough taste, it was similar to a cornbread taste~no good for a cakeā¹. Now my packaging of the cupcakes were disappointing, the young girl put both cupcakes in one box where there was no divider to hold the cupcakes is place; when I noticed this I grabbed a few sheets of tissue paper to put in between the cupcakes. That didnt help much because the cupcakes still rolled all over in the box wen driving (u can see the image below). That is not acceptable, if you're selling cupcakes you need to have a cupcake container to put cupcakes in. I don't know what happened from 2017 to now because in 2017 at least they did have cupcake containers to hold them.
