A wonderful jeweler with two very convenient locations both near my home and work. Chris, who has been with Neves for over 26 years, had helped clean my 30+ year old watch and answer a few questions! She was knowledgeable, quick and definitely made a comfortable and enjoyable experience at the woodbridge location. I dont know much about rings and I can get overwhelmed when talking about something a know so little about. She helped explain the quality of the gold, diamonds and Onyx. She also gave great advice on which finger the ring looked best on, without the ring being an inconvenience grabbing my phone etc. Lee the owner introduced himself and offered a very reasonable price. I was extremely happy to purchase such a fine ring from the store and I will surely be back and recommend friends and family! Neves Jewelers Inc steam cleaned my tennis bracelet and fixed its security chain. Also a very delicate Tiffany's bracelet clasp needed to be changed and fixed to the chain. A child's golden bracelet needed to be cleaned, fixed and polished. Done. On another occasion, Neves changed my Versace watch battery. I've not bought any piece of jewerly from Neves yet but they have a very extensive show room and also offer other services for your own jewerly. Everytime or at least the three times that I've been there the customer service and personal treatment was very upscale, classy and respectful. The reps were very attentive and actively engaged in the transactions. The goal was to please me and Neves came across efficiently. I am so happy I picked Neves Jewlers to redesign our ring. It was a pleasure working with Mr. Neves the owner, he was great to talk to and he always called with updates on when the ring was ready or in the process of being shipped. I also worked with Alexis through the IG account, she was an absolute doll, she was excited with me to see the redesign and then posted it on IG!
