Botched my hair then was annoyed she had to do something anything to make it look decent enough for an event later that week. She’s nice until you share your honest thoughts on the outcome. Hair color was off by a lot. Sat in her chair for almost 3 hours while she chatted away with her customers and barely kept an eye on my second round of bleach. After second wash she did not blow dry just simply went over the hair to make it damp enough to get an idea of the color. Long story short the hair did not come close to the color I wanted. And I’ve nvr had a problem. It was using my base color with a slight root touch up and baby highlights on the top. Basically a caramel highlight to my brown hair. All in all, her customer service lacks. She did not offer a possible fix after a few weeks to give my hair a break from the bleach....

This is the very first time I walked into a salon where the hairdresser does not persuade me to get a straight perm because of how thick and curly my natural hair is. This is the very first time a professional hairdresser compliments my curls and states that a lot of her clients "came in for curling perm to get nice curls like yours". I always thought that my hair is difficult to work with because I never have a hairdresser who is happy to work with my hair but Jen is knowledgable and professional. She is happy to share her knowledge and explain to me how to take care of my hair and make the curls work beautifully. This is happened Before my Birthsday party night, I came to my appointment to do my hair , it's was supposed to be very nice experience, but Lady name Heather who charges me 149$ for doing terrible style and make up for myself. She didn't even washed my hair, didn't do my treaming I'm not taking about the highlight that she was supposed to do . My appointment was at 3 pm For all services that I requested I got only dry hair style without wash. Plus she did horrible job with my make up. The product she used it's was 5 years of old , my face started to look like 45years old woman by the time I got home . I washed everything off . I fixed the hair curlers that wasn't looking good!
