As a school bus driver I am one of the ones that drives field trips and such and ends up with a lot of downtime. While on a field trip about 6 months ago I saw a Burlington store and decided to check it out and was pleased with some of the selection I was finding in the store and had even purchased a couple of coffee cups that I found that we're saying how great it was to be a grandpop. Because of that experience anytime I have come across a Burlington coat factory store in my travels I have stopped in just to see what they had available as far as other coffee cups. Because I prefer to always drink my coffee out of a ceramic cup when I found one that was a ceramic coffee cup with a travel lid of course bought it and that became my new quest to try to find others since it was the only one that was in that particular store. Since the bus company I drive for also provides airport shuttle service I was driving up to JFK airport last night and stopped in a couple Burlingtons on the way with this being one of the worst ones that I have ever been to. Although my pictures are not very good you may be able to see that they do not allow you to bring a van or any other large vehicle into the parking lot but require that you park a pretty good distance away from the store and walk all the way there. I almost did not bother to go in but figured I would at least give it a chance but after walking around and not seeing anything I wanted as well as the fact that the check out lines probably had 40 or 50 people waiting for a register of which only a few were open. Having been hit with arthritis in my knee a few years ago walking is often times difficult so I usually try to park closer to a store but with these great big barricades up the do not allow a vehicle over 7 ft into the parking lot the van that I was driving to the airport I was concerned with not fit so I of course had to park way out in the far reaches of the parking lot. I will not come back to this store as I do not feel as though they are very friendly to people who maybe have a disability that requires them to have a van to make it easier to get in and out. If I were someone to make trouble I would probably report them to the ADA authorities and let them know that they are not allowing people with Vans to park close to the store.

I went shopping here, since i heard there are good deals here. The deals were there, but the place was a mess. clothes were stacked on top of the hangers. I went into the toys section to find some Pokémon cards and instead i found toys and empty boxes on the floor. i assume kids were stealing items from there, because there was a lot of toy boxes empty scattered around there. There was also a lot of fake/off brand toys trying to look like the real ones. for example, i found 3 packs of unopened pokémon packs and one of them were fake( i know this because you could see the company who made it on the back, and instead of it being made by whoever runs pokémon, it ended up being some indian toy industry). Plus it was unsanitary there, with dirt and other stuff(hopefully it was cardboard) on the floor through out the whole store. Lastly, i know that having a job isn’t fun, but all the staff were either depressed overworked employees or high schoolers talking to each other and not doing their jobs. The line stretched until the area with shoes. There were only 2 employees doing checkout despite the long line. Although the deals there are nice ( i saved about 15$ ) it was unsanitary and overall not good. thank you for reading this review and i hope your visit there will be different then mine))))

Great customer service...lots of parking, the location was located easily off route one north or south, route nine southbound, or from the new Jersey garden state parkway. The store was very very clean, well laid out, and was organized. If you are cold, or dont want to get wet, and need a jacket, definitely stop in and cover yourself dude! They also have clothes at very reasonable prices and name brands! Wait for a sale and take advantage of combining their everyday low prices with a discount, just get there early or little will be left to choose from in regular sizes. If you are big or tall, take your time they will have your sizes left.

Each time I come here I am flabbergasted by how the employees treat customers. It is absolutely disgusting and if not for my son's clothes I would never come here. First of all, the inventory is always in a state of dissaray-clothes and other items are in the wrong sections or sizes are not properly placed/ labled. The kids clothes are awful-be careful if buying a set because often times (like tonight ) I found PJ's one shirt and shorts with a tag for 14.99. I thought that was high for one pair and when looking at the tag it said four piece set-so where was the other half? Incidents similar to this have happened each time I come here and that is not right! Tonight I was heading towards the front of the store when told by three different employees that they were closed. I looked at my phone and the time was 10:40. I brought this to her attention and was yelled at and told “well we are closed.” So as I continued to register I dropped an item from my cart and bent down to retrieve it-as I came up, another woman was storming towards me (also yelling at me) about how they were closed and I explained that I was simply retrieving something that I dropped. She then pulls the front of my cart dragging me and the cart to the register. After several snide comments I finally said to forget the items as I did not want to intrude and left empty handed. I’m disgusted by the way I continue to be treated at...
