Baskin-Robbins — Restaurant in Woodbridge Township

Recently went to Baskin Robbins around 10/4/2020.

1. Long slow moving line.
2. Person in front of me asked to taste the pumpkin cheesecake ice cream & was given a scoop. After his turn, I also asked to taste the new pumpkin cheesecake ice cream. The staff member told me they do not allow tastings. I told him that the guy just before me was given a taste by his co-worker who was standing right beside him. They both just gave a blank stare. No apologies nor any explanation other than it's covid. (So let me understand the logic, the previous guy got to taste. I'll let it slide that it was a mistake, but due to covid, he can't scoop for tasting, but they can scoop ice cream to sell?) So, I let it go and didn't press on the issue.
3. I asked for a quart of the pumpkin cheesecake ice cream to which the same staff member said "I can't give you a quart of that because it's new." ??? I don't understand what he meant by that but again, without further explanation, I just got a pre-made quart of my usual instead just so I didn't have to hear any more of their non-sense.
4. I wasn't given my receipt, but I had to ask for it.
5. I filled out the survey from the receipt to which the end of the survey said I would receive a free donut or something via email. I never received that email (nothing in junk mail nor spam). Here I am filling out that same review now on Google this time. No manager ever got back to me nor did I get my free item for filling out the survey.

This Baskin Robbins always has contradicting info. Slow staff. They cater more to the Indian population. I was passed up a couple of times and ignored. I prefer the other Baskin Robbins in Piscataway and Hillsborough instead. They're a lot more...

This particular store is a combination of Dunkin’ and Baskin-Robbins. I stopped by in the morning one day and the traffic here in the drive thru was just out of the ordinary. There’s a huge parking lot outside. One peculiar thing about the drive thru is that the line circles around a liquor store, which is besides this Dunkin but don’t worry, there’s proper signs to navigate you to the drive thru.

This location was very busy during a weekday morning and the food that we ordered was decent. We had ordered curbside pickup and we got our order in a timely manner. Some coffee, bacon egg and cheese sandwiches and a couple triple cheese croissant. The sandwiches were decent, the coffee amazing but, the triple cheese croissant was not great. Couldn’t taste the triple cheese at all and for the price that they are offering this, I would stay away from it.

Took me about 30 minutes just to order my cake , i was ordering a personalized cake that i wanted to pick up in 2 weeks for my sons birthday party , i asked for a baseball cake with just happy birthday and that one came out fine but the other cake i ordered was a happy birthday sheet cake (originally yellow and green) and to go with the theme of his party i asked if they can change the icing colors to just red and white and the manager (who i placed my order with) said yes it can be done , so i placed my order and paid for it , the next 2 weeks when i went to pick up my cakes (i sent my husband) i opened the box to see that ugly happy birthday cake in green and yellow !!!!!!! i was so annoyed and there was nothing i could have done due to the fact that we were far from the BR to go back and return it AND i had a party to attend and needed the cake therefore i left the cake as is , but i was so disappointed and i will never be ordering a cake from here...
