Dunkin’ — Restaurant in Woodbridge Township

I would rate this Dunkin’ donuts a -10 if i could there customer service is terrible. The woman that work there are rude ignorant give you dirty looks and attitudes everytime it never fails.Or there races one or the other i come to this place on the regular and get treated like i’m nothing all because im placing a order everyday they have a new rule i only come because they have the french crueler donuts available which i been getting for a while with a frozen coffee and my donuts warmed up.Today was the last straw i ordered my usual they said they will warm donuts and when i pull off there cold i come back to the dunkin and ask the lady why they weren’t warmed up she says she can’t she can warm up a different one though i asked her what was the point of taking my order and don’t the opposite and not even mentioning that your going to do that she just constantly ignores me like i’m not even present im sick of this place and these people that work here these woman must come here on there periods i have to deliberately make her listen to what i’m saying she called manager but nothing was accomplished she’s telling me to come back in the morning i will be contacting corporate on this dunking donuts because you do not treat your customers like that especially someone that comes here on the regular i will be returning to get the names of these nasty rude woman that you hire with no customer service skills what so ever all this beacons my kids eat there donuts warm is sick quit your job and get another one if you don’t like what you do i never asked you to be a dunking...

This place was good at one time many years ago. At least 2 to 3 times a day i would order large hot coffee Black with 5 sugar and a medium decafe xtra light with cream 3 sugar. Well they would get the black coffee wrong 99% of the time. At one point the manager would wait for me to arrive and have my coffee ready. The store must have done a realignment and then the coffee was wrong again. I left that store for approximately a year. I have now come back and now i order a Hot tea with lemon and sugar. Guess what now they wait until you get handed your drink and tell you sorry we have no lemon. So now instead of possibly loosing a sale they complete the transaction and then tell you sorry. They also do not put the order sticker on the cup.when its not made right so they cant track it. Well sorry for you i will not be back to any of the stores you own you theif. The one on route 1 and green street and the one right down the road next to hotels...

I always come to this Dunkin because the service is usually amazing, but today was extremely disappointing. There was a new old lady working with blonde hair who had the absolute WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced. When I asked if she had scanned my points, she kept rolling her eyes to the back of her head and giving me dirty looks instead of answering. There was no clear communication at all — just attitude and rudeness. When I asked again, she aggressively pointed to the card reader and yelled “PAY, PAY!” Her behavior was disgusting, unprofessional, and honestly came across as racist. I’ve never been treated like that here before, and it was truly disappointing to see the service drop to that level. If you’re miserable working in customer service, then don’t work in it — it’s...
