My family and I stopped in on a Saturday evening. I was greeted warmly by a very kind "Aunty" behind the counter. We were looking to buy a piece for our daughter but we were unsure where to start. Aunty graciously showed us different options and made some thoughtful suggestions.

A few minutes into our visit we were greeted by Karan who welcomed us to his store and assisted us further. I never felt rushed, pushed, or pressured to buy. Karan was not there to make a one time sale, rather he wanted to create a relationship with me and my family so that we could continue to do business together long term.

My experience at this jewelry shop was nothing short of excellent. All the women attending to me and the owner there were friendly and accommodated everything we needed. My wife loves jewelry shopping but couldn't come in person so I went and had her join me remotely. They listened to both me and my wife, answered all questions (even repeated ones) and helped us buy what we needed with my wife on the video call the entire time. At the end I walked out with a beautiful chain at a good price. I wasn't stressed as the entire interaction was friendly and everyone was nice from when I walked in.
