The worst shop I have ever visited in my life time.. I am highly disappointed with the rudest behavior of the staff member... They deserve 0 star in the rating..

I have purchased silver jewellery they don't charge it on gram basis.. just piece rate they charged me.. when I enquired in next shop the same silver jewellery is just rated half the price of which I have paid here.. within 10 minutes I went to return the silver jewellery at the shop.. they said they don't take return of the jewellery which was mentioned nowhere in the shop and bill ( they didn't take return since they cheated with the price of it) and behaved very rudely..

Reply for the owners comment: You had a collection of 10 -15 toe rings in which I have selected 1 toe ring in just 2 minutes and we were out of ur shop in just 5 minutes (you can check the same in your CCTV footage).. but your sales person has given wrong information about the same as she had spent 1 hour of her time.. this is the best example of their behavior..same toe ring costs only $20 in next shop and $40 in your shop.. even she demanded for cash for the transaction so that she can give without tax.. But I have paid with the card including $3 tax.. I don't want to avoid sales tax..that shows...

We purchased couple of gold sets from them and ordered a gold ring that they promised to ship within 7 days. They took money for the ring saying that it will have 8 grams of gold.

I had to chase them for 3 weeks before finally I got the ring. To my utter surprise the ring was not made as described. The gold used is much less than what we were charged for The round portion of the ring is not even round. We had sold them an old ring which was not round and they just refinished the same ring and sent it to me. Doubting their credibility, I carried the gold sets that we bought and weighed them, every set was weighing less than what we paid for. The purity test showed that the gold was not the same purity as we were charged for.

I WILL NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE TO ANYONE. THE SALES PERSON QUOTES YOU A PRICE AND THEN THE OWNER SURINDER REDUCES IT FOR YOU IS ALL GIMMICS.

BEWARE AND BE CAREFUL DEALING WITH THEM

IF YOU DONT TRUST THIS REVIEW THEN CARRY THE STUFF THAT YOU HAVE BOUGHT FROM THEM AND GET IT CHECKED FOR WEIGHT AND PURITY AT ANOTHER GOLDSMITH AND YOU WILL GET THE ANSWER.

We purchased 3 different jewelry here. The making charges first discussed were too high then the owner reduced the price and we thought we are paying normal price after she reduced. The next day we checked in other stores we got to know we were being charged 5$ extra making charge on each gram. So that’s the strategy first they present the price too high after that they reduce it in front of us to actual price. We made a huge loss as we purchased more amount of gold on that day. My advice on this please always purchase gold from this shop when you are in assistance of regular/old customer or someone who is an expert in knowing how much making charge we should give. Also once you buy the gold there’s no negotiation after you leave the shop so make sure you research about the gold and making charge prices from other shops on oak tree before entering this...
