Terrible!!!!! I ordered a bracelet with them because they don’t have anything small in my size. They said for made to order items you will have to pay half the cost and the remaining other half after you receive the item. I said okay and paid and I left. This was at 6:30 pm just about the time when the store closes within an hour. I changed my mind after going home and called them the next morning. Nobody picked up my calls. I left voicemails and emails and etc.. one day after I tried again and some lady answered my call and she said everybody busy in the morning setting up the stock please call back after 1:00 pm. So I waited and called them at 1:00 pm., and a male picks up I told him I would like to cancel the order because I wasn’t sure how the finishing, fit and quality would be of the new item. They said that they cannot refund the money, they can only give me store credit. They don’t sell gold coins or bars so that’s not an option. I went so many times after that to the store but I don’t like anything because their designs sucks!!! And highly priced than other stores there. My point is they should have issued me the refund because I didn’t take the product that day with me. So restocking fees or anything is out of question. I don’t have the product. I paid advance money and left the store. They didn’t put an order for me yet and I called them the very next morning to cancel. They could have easily cancelled the order for me. All their jewelry looks fake. They mix wax and metals in the their jewelry because they all look weird heavy .. that’s the reason I was so confused and didn’t want to go ahead with the order. But anyway. God is watching!!! Something bad will happen to you if you do...

I didn’t like the experience of shopping at this store at the time of Alshaya Trithiya. On that day there was rush and it is expected but I patiently waited until they address me. Did some time pass in other counter until I get someone in gold ear rings section. After 15 min a guy addressed us and started showing the items. He kept a box open for us to see and went to the billing area as someone called him. He didn’t tell us to wait or anything and just left and went. The box was open with various items infront of us but we didn’t touch them as there is no assistant and waiting for him to come back. On side there was a worker lady who stood inside the counter and showing items to others and she must be in her late 40’s and non-stoply stared at me and my husband with a rude face and her expression looked like she was thinking as if we will do something wrong. It looked like she is staring at us without any manners and acted as if we are there to take something. I was very uncomfortable. That was not at all professional and it hurts customers who experience such insultimg attitude. The box was open I get it that she was keeing n eye but directly starting at my face with angry look doesn’t make any sense. After a while he came back and as I was not happy eith the overall experience I walked out. Being a local resident, I don’t want to go there if staff is showing their frustated face...

Amazing Owners and relatives work there. All THE Sales people and even the Door man is nice. We have been going to them since their inception as a small shop with a saree shop on the side. Despite growing manifold, they are so humble and respectful. Customer service is simply out of this world. I feel like we get value for our money here. Not 1 piece of Jewellery I purchased here including Diamonds have gone black or turned yellow. Quality in everything they do. I do not want to give my money to any other Jeweller. I feel like I am family, when I go in there. They are trustworthy and will work hard to make you satisfied. My wife Vimala and I Love the Owners and sons and Nephews and relatives and others who work there. They always bring a smile to our face. We have referred so many friends, and have taken with us a lot of friends who made purchases at the store.

Their selections are wide and varied. They never show their face if you ask them to show multiple pieces unlike other Jewellery stores. I travel a good 1.2 Hours to go to this store for all my Gold and Diamond needs. They are the BEST IN CLASS. You do not have to take my word for it. I am not getting paid to write this review. It is straight from my Heart.
