Lackluster service, and poor quality petticoats. Would not come back. Sad I gave them any money.

This place probably has pieces with potential but no one will want to shop here because their sales associates barely put in effort. Came here two weeks ago and was barely shown the store by a woman in a flashy dress. She was one of two store attendants. She was awful at recommending things that were close to my size. I am now stuck with a petticoat that is so thin and poorly made, which is also not my size despite her assertion that their petticoats are “one size fits all”. She also kept insisting that any of the gold blouses I had picked up would certainly work for the outfit I showed her, because “gold goes with everything”. Not all golds look the same... Still floored that someone with such overly simplistic input works somewhere like a saree shop, where color is everything. The lesson here for myself is probably take note of someone else’s own fashion sense before asking them for input. Reading a lot of the reviews, especially from Non-Indian customers who went here helped my fiance and I finally make the decision to visit the store. We explained we were attending an Indian wedding (a friend's), explained what we were looking for and they were overall so helpful. I had some sizing difficulties but they provided a tailor to help within minutes and it was amazing! So helpful, so kind, always answered questions, determined to help without you feeling sad or hurried. They even helped my fiance find a matching outfit. This place made me feel at home, the moment I came I was greeted with a smile by a beautiful young lady. Not being familiar with the Indian culture and having the need to come up with a beautiful assemble for an Indian wedding, the employees took an amazing care of me. They provided beautiful tops to compliment my Saree and included to guide me with matching bangles and earrings. I felt special and treated with the out most respect.
