So I went to Woodbridge NJ Walmart today (3/22/2025) to buy a headlight light bulb for my car. I ringed the bell on the glass cage about 10 times there were three bell. throughout the aisle. I hit all three just in case one was not working after waiting for awhile. After no one come for 15 minutes, I decide to walk around the store. I asked two people who worked in the store they could not help me. I eventually ask where is the manager when saw the manager the manager called and then after waiting in the store for 25 minutes then someone came and open the case. The second part is when Iām ready to cash. I went to the cashier where the Red Bull is at and the baby food in the front. The Red Bull was locked up in a case at the customer service. The person whoās cashing at customer service told me I had to ring the bell for someone to come for the Red Bull. She did not have a key, but she was running the cashier where the baby food and Red Bull is by customer service. So I told her I already waited 25 minutes just for my lightbulb. So I did not wait to get a Red Bull, which I needed a case of Red Bull so that sales was lost to Walmart. It was so ridiculous what I had to go through and waited in that store 30 minutes just to pick up a lightbulb and have someone come open the case, one of the worst customer service Walmart I ever been too. I have attached picture of all three bell. I hit and waited for 25 minutes for someone to come help me and they did not just come. I had to search and find the manager after pushing the bell and no one answered the call. Or the two employees I asked for help couldnāt help me! So this is not a Walmart I will recommend to my friends and family or anyone. #Walmart #Walmartheadquarter...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreDON'T PICK UP AT STORE @ the Woodbridge store. Usually it's a 1-3 minute wait for items. It took 2 hrs last night to get 1 item. Aside from being obviously overwhelmed in the volume of holiday orders, & looking short staffed, management was clearly not taking charge of the situation. Orders are usually picked up at the back of the store. Last night it had been moved to the front of the store. After 45 minutes & inquiring to have our items looked up again for status (when we could find someone), I waited another 1/2 hr without seeing the employee again. After several of us inquired with another employee, after a time many of us were redirected back to the old pick up location at the back of the store. Initially there was a line at the old pick up location, then new people came & went straight to the desk ahead of the line & were assisted. Aside from what seemed like a lack of organization & space for the heavy volume of merchandise & being understaffed, management could at least have directed people to get on line. Very frustrating for everyone to wait so long at the front of the store & then get on a line again at the back of the store, but even more frustrating for those who already waited in the front, then got on line at the rear only to see others being helped before them. Available clerks & those assisting describing themselves as mgmt were courteous & patient, they just were so lacking in management experience to get a better handle on improving the situation. (like taping up a piece of paper to form a line). It wouldn't have been a fix for the whole situation, but it would have speeded up the process for those patiently...

They said need to order and will be ready by next day after 3PM now next day till 8:30 PM no call or no response from Pharmacy. As a customer I called and asked for my Prescription to see if it is ready or not. You know what was the response I got from them horrible!! Pharmacy tech donāt know how to speak to customer they better gotta give them some training how to treat customers.
If your Prescription gets delay donāt expect from this location to give you a courtesy call which other pharmacy they do and give you an update but this one not because they DONāT call customers and the reason was āsir we were busyā When I get there to see Pharmacist and wanted to talk to him or her about my concern and issues with my prescription do you know what I saw there within 5 minutes I saw three employee was busy on their personal cell phone and I asked them you guys donāt call customers (Jacquelyn DeBates Pharmacy Manager) said, sir I apologize for that. (ARE YOU KIDDING ME) I did asked for to get contact info for District Managers but she said she canāt give me that. But donāt worry I will reach out to him/her somehow and will address my whole experience with them also wanna make sure that this will never happen to any other customers who really needs Prescription drugs ASAP.
I will never go again pulling all my family info from this store.... This Walmart Pharmacy does not care about customers at all.
Worst nightmare!! This used to be a good pharmacy but not anymore.
