I ordering the Panda Express app. I received a text message saying the order was ready at 7:12pm. I walked in at 7:14pm and proceeded to the counter. I was told my order wasn't ready. Several food delivery people were also waiting. Customers were walking in, ordering, paying, and leaving. I asked again after a few minutes. I was told to sit down and wait. I ordered through the app at 7pm and it was 7:30 now. The employees were overwhelmed with the number of customers and take out orders. They started getting nasty with the customers. One had a name tag on Amina. The other didn't have one on, I asked her name and she said bone of your business. Then this other one came out Mini. She came out stomping at everyone waiting at the pickup section. She started yelling at everyone saying sit down now and acting like an animal. I asked for the manager. I was told the manager was the cook and couldn't be bothered. I asked again where my order was. Mini told the other girls to get my order together since I was "Pissing her off". I finally got my order at 7:45pm. I spoke to the cook who said he was the manager Terry. As he was talking with me, mini kept chiming in. He told her to go back to her station. She kept ignoring him. He claims he has no idea why the order was saying completed at 7:12pm when it wasn't. He had no idea how to run a restaurant or handle his irrate employees. Total zoo! Do...
Read moreI just ordered through Uber my first time and I tell you it will be the last time. I ordered their platter and it's supposed to have two entrees and two sides. Well I got the rice and broccoli and I got the orange chicken but my string bean chicken breast was literally two pieces of string beans with NO grilled chicken breast!! Also, the food was lukewarm and I had to heat it up in my microwave and that is even with the driver getting here extra quick! A complete rip-off and I think they are doing this on purpose. As other people have said they had the same problem below in other reviews. I think it would be better to go to the restaurant itself but these deceptive practices these days are getting worse ever since 2020. Look if you want to deal with rising food prices just raise your menu prices but give the proper amount of food! I don't like paying nearly $25 for a $12.99 platter plus delivery fees and tip for the driver so you can omit one of the entrees that I ordered!! Nope, not going to call the restaurant. Just never going to patronize them again. Shame on this Panda Express location. DO BETTER. Read moreYesterday on 3/23 I ordered Panda Express via Uber Eats. When I picked up my food I thought the bottom felt a little cold but I thought it was just the rice since I ordered white rice with orange chicken. When I opened my food I took a bite of the rice and then ate a piece a chicken and that’s when I knew something was wrong. Once I spit it out the piece was completely RAW. I opened up 4-5 more pieces and it was all raw. I went to the location and when I spoke to the manager on duty I was told that the chicken is suppose to come pre-cooked and that they were really surprised that the chicken was raw. I told her that maybe they should change all the food during that time because they could be getting everyone in here sick and they totally disregarded what I said and said that it was fine but proceeded to say that they wouldn’t offer me the food because they don’t know if anything else is like that. (Not I would have taken a new plate from here anyway) This has NEVER happened to me and it was a total turn off and I would never eat here again.
