Went here last week and had a great time. This isn't my first time here but each time l've gone has been a good experience. The pictures had us salivating while we looked at the menu, and even though they quoted us a 45 min wait (typical for a Saturday night), it seemed to move fast. My wife and I tried a few of the specialty dishes they were advertising, she had lamb and I had steak. She started off with this tomato soup that was pretty darn amazing, extremely cheesy, but in a good way. The croutons in the soup (and salad) were equally delightful and added a nice contrast. I began with some sort of buffalo spring roll looking appetizer that was official. Our waiter was pretty cool and kept it real when we asked if the "hand crafted" lemonade was made on site with freshly squeezed lemons. We were interested in trying the strawberry lemonade, but he kept it a buck and said it was just MINUTE-MAID. Appreciating his candor, we went ahead and ordered it anyway, ultimately it was pretty good and bottomless, so no complaints. My steak was perfectly prepared to my liking (medium well), with a slight strip of pink in the middle and not over done like a lot of places may do. Her lamb was also delicious and the sides didn't disappoint either (she had these banging carrots, that had some sort of brown sugar whiskey glaze on them). For this to be a chain restaurant ! was pretty impressed and mad at myself for staying away so long! lol I'LL BE BACK (Terminator voice)

Today was my first time trying LongHorn Steakhouse, and probably my last time. I thought the menu was too limited. They only had a small amount of appetizers to choose from, and I didn’t find any appealing. I ended up ordering the white cheddar stuffed mushrooms, and I wish I hadn’t. After eating them I had a huge belly ache! I love cheese, but this was cheese overkill! They were so loaded with cheese you couldn’t even see the mushrooms! For dinner I had the filet mignon, Brussels sprouts, and a sweet potato. The filet mignon was very good. The Brussels sprouts were burnt to a crisp. The sweet potato was ok/good. For dessert I had the triple chocolate cheesecake which was ok/good. I think Outback Steakhouse is far better because they have better service, appetizers, a larger menu selection, and better desserts. The actual steak here is a little bit better though. The service here wasn’t great. I asked for a coffee, and I didn’t get it until after I received my dinner. I didn’t even get a glass of water until I received my bill. I think 3 stars is being generous. If you want to go to a chain Steakhouse go to Outback in Old Bridge.

In for dinner tonight. Always stay at the hotel which is connected. We sat in the bar as we won’t to see the Jets game. We were seated at a high top. After 30 minutes of no service we move to the bar. After 25 minutes we asked if we could see the wine list. After another 10 minutes we were able to order the wine and dinner. Our soup came and it was very good. Order the seafood chowder it delicious. The problem was no silver and when I asked for napkins the staff handed me paper napkins from the hand washing sink. Yuck!! The bar tender was doing her best while the managers sat around talking in groups. We feel sorry for the bar tender but after spending $100. For the meal not good. We made sure the bar tender did get a 20% tip but beware. After an 12 hour drive today all we wanted was a good meal and wine. They messed up on my meals as well. This is the third time we have been in in six weeks I hate to complain but not one meal has been right.

Absolutely horrible service I experienced tonight. As a regular customer I called to place an order and was placed on hold for about 17min listening to the bar tLk of theory life stories!!! This gave me enough frustration to drive to the resturant in person (mind you I'm still on hold) when I arrive in explain to the greeter "Val" what was going on. The manager John Heilman (manager who gave me his card) was shocked but didn't offer to the my order or properly apologize for his staff no attending my call. I still sat to wait while I heard the phone hang up the associate who was attending the bar hung up my call to take another (seemed to fake to me) "call" to place a order instead of asking that person to hold as I did for 17 min so he could take my order but yet instaed gave me an attitude and kept making negative comments to the customer on the "phone".. with even more frustration and anger I looked over to "John" and asked if he could take my order personally bc I didn't feel the bar tender was being fair to make me wait again for him to attend to another customer before me. He ignored me so I got up and walked over again and asked him to take my order since he was not attending to customers or staff but yet socializing as he does best to the staff or visitors on many occasions I've seen and found to be u professional as a manager. I myself am I manager and customer service always comes first. I did not see that or see him delegate that with his staff. He yet gave me a sarcastic (not exaggerating) answer as to "didn't he tell you to wait a minute. And did not try to resolve my issue but yet make it worse. I am a frequent customer and enjoyed my visits. I've was always given good service their and give back to your waiters whether good or bad service!!! I am appalled of the behavior I've encountered tonight and am extremely bothered that now I must go out of my way to another location bc of the lack of respect this location has to their customer specifically John Heilman. I further asked for information to the general manager and was yet again given sarcastic attitude by both John and front greeter Val. I do not appreciate any of this nonsense and will further reach out to Anthony Mulcahey and corporate to resolve...

BEWARE!!!!! I normally like LongHorn however, this experience has made me rethink about ever going again. I went last Monday for dinner at this Woodbridge location and ordered a piña colada with my dinner. I’ve had piña coladas before at the LongHorn closer to my home and the “texture” wasn’t like this one at Woodbridge.... I got the drink before the appetizer arrive which is normal, I mention this to emphasize I wasn’t eating anything at the moment. When I first took a sip and all sips there after I felt little sharp things going down my throat... I shrugged it off thinking it was maybe little ice crystals. However later on one of those so called ice crystals was lodged in my throat, now if it was an ice crystal wouldn’t it had melted away for the 2hrs that it was lodged in my throat. You would think. So that’s what made me think it wasn’t ice instead it was GLASS! My whole drink had shreds of glass, how idk? However, I felt it in my throat and it wouldn’t go down no matter what solid food I ate or even if I drank regular water, I felt the glass in my throat even when swallowing saliva. I then went to throw up(sorry tmi) my $40 meal at their bathroom and that still didn’t get it out!!!! I tried everything until I got home that night, I didn’t want to go to bed with glass in my throat and I decided to go and stick my finger down my throat to find where exactly the glass was after 30mins and 4 bottles of water I was able to dislodge it and I guess I swallowed it I didn’t feel it anymore... But I wonder how much glass I swallowed that night. I didn’t tell anyone at the restaurant only my husband who was with me. I just couldn’t believe that it wasn’t just ice. But it wasn’t because it would’ve melted off in that 2hrs it was lodge in my throat!!!! Management: Check if there’s a shattered blender that was used on February 19, 2018. I think I have the rest of the glass in my stomach Incase you need it....

First time here and I was impressed. Tyler was my server he was very polite and attentive. I got a Raspberry Arnold Palmer to drink and it was delicious. (It's not on the menu I just asked for it since I saw they had flavored teas and lemonades) The bread is fresh, butter was warm and soft A+. Got a Texas Tonion for an appetizer. Basically fried onion pedals with a zesty type of sauce. It's a typical appetizer for these kind of places. If you like onion rings you can't go wrong with it. The meals come with a salad and a side or two sides. I got a house salad and it was a very good size. I shared with my son I got the steakhouse Mac and cheese and the outlaw ribeye he got the Parmesan crusted chicken and a loaded baked potato so we split those and it was amazing. I order my steak rare like a normal person unlike that woman Kay below me complaining her steak was cooked too much when she asked for shoe leather and got it. What kind of psychopath wants a well done steak? Lmao Anyway the RARE steak was perfect with great flavor and texture A+ on that. The chicken was delicious I think I liked that even more than the steak. All around great flavor, texture was good it wasn't dried out at all. A++ on that. The loaded baked potato was also really good, baked perfectly. I have to say Tyler knocked it out of the park. I asked what he recommended since it was our first time and those were his suggestions. Side note when I was done with my first drink I was about to turn around to get his attention to ask for another one and my man already had one in his hand coming. Excellent first experience all around I will definitely be back! Sorry I didn't take pictures but trust me those are...
