Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Woodbridge Township

As many ppl do now they order from Uber eats which is so convenient so tonight I order threw Uber to the chick-fill-A I spent 77$ on food from this place when the food got to my home it was missing the two of the Mac and cheese that I order so I called the Uber guy and asked where was the Mac and cheeses that I had order he says that everything that was in the bag was what they gave him and said that I needed to call the store .. okay no problem so I goolgled the number to this location mind you the number does not work… so I called my husband while he was at the Walmart asked him to do me the favor and go to the store and to call me while he was there so I can speak to the manger when he got there he explained what happen I sent him a screen shot of the Uber eat receipt with the order number and my name and told them that the order was missing two item the manger got so rude and nasty said that she can not find the order as I was speaking to her she stated that how do I know the order was missing the item … okay that was the dumbest question obviously because it wasn’t in the bag duh okay so she tells my husband that she dosnt wanna give it to him okay why not I order it and showed proof that I orders it why the hell would I order from Uber eats to have my food deliver to me if I’m not gonna get what I ordered What is the whole point of Uber eats she says well I can’t find the order number here mind u I gave her the order number and my name and everything I bought … she finely decides to give the two Mac and cheese …. But then once again she was disgusting and had a major attitude …and it took 25 minutes arguing with her just to finely give me my 2 Mac and cheese …there was no need for the manager to be like that especially that I spent 77 on my order and on top of that I littler showed her all the proof that I did not get the 2 item to be siting there and still arguing over it is ridiculous and her attitude...

I frequently visit this location since it’s been opened and in my area , sad to say it’s not the same service nor food as the other neighboring locations. I believe they don’t have the same “Chick Fil A values”. I received an immensely amount of oil on my fries twice upon complaint . At this point I just requested a different side. The disheveled woman behind the teller shoulder was very much combative to say the least. She informed me that she has already given me the fries and If I don’t like them i should just give them to a “Friend “ I chuckled as if anyone would want cold fries or oily fries for the matter as she continued to ask for Payment for the substitute side. As I pondered in disbelief that she was going through these lengthy measures for a medium fry I dared to ask are you the Manager? I thought to myself No respectable employee of a well respected Enterprise would ever play word semantics with a customer. Her daunting reply was “My spouse owns the place” ! So in my brief discovery, I found that she was just a family member there behind the register out of uniform of no authority on her spousal high horse. Very unprofessional!

Key notes - The fries are very oily with little to no seasoning! If you happened to pass through because you can’t avoid the urge I suggest you to order the Mac & cheese . Furthermore this is a franchise it is very easy to hide behind what has already been built. We the people are the driven force for these expansions. Let's hold these franchises owners...

When I pull up to the drive through the person, Crystal, who took my order outside could honestly care less if I was there. Seemed like she was just trying to get me to move on as fast as possible (very brusque). I receive my order (spicy chicken deluxe combo meal with Powerade + 3 piece strips) and it was the worst experience I've ever had at any restaurant in my life. The spicy deluxe sandwich came with the chicken/cheese/toppings half inside the sandwich half outside. The lettuce probably occupied the length of 2 sandwiches. I had to disassemble and reassemble the sandwich to even eat it; you can tell whoever put it together literally did not care just like the person who took my order. To top it all off the drink (Powerade) did not have the top properly placed on it and thus spilled all over the place after I drove away. I will never frequent that Chick-Fil-A location ever again. This is the first time in my life I felt compelled to leave a review (positive or negative) cause it's absolutely...
