When I rented the skis, the guy says to me how long are you going for because if you’re going for a bunch of days it really makes sense to purchase skis and boots because these rentals are not all that great. I should’ve listen to him and just left and went somewhere else The first day and went skiing my daughter went down one run and her shins were killing her. She’s got big calves because she’s athletic at the end of the day My shins and feet are very uncomfortable then I have an equipment failure. It won’t buckle closed so I ended up renting for myself the second day and third day renting at Stowe Mountain all three days my feeling is his rentals is subpar equipment and they kind of warns you. I wish she was upfront and just told me from the beginning I would’ve went somewhere else and not wasted so much time on the mountain getting rentals. Then when I told him what happened they don’t want to give any money back. He said if I gave everyone their money back when they complained. I wouldn’t be in business well I guess it’s no wonder if you have sub par equipment . if you’re thinking of renting from this place, I don’t advise it. The owner Matt knows everything about getting you the proper equipment for your size and skill level. Spends lots of his time teaching you and making sure everything is perfect and that you know how to put the stuff on like the proper steps to buckling your boots and how to keep them when you aren’t using them…but he did it all without actually pushing any of it on me. Wish i went to this place before i wasted thousands of dollars online buying ill fitting equipment and then realizing it after i used it already. Don’t make the same mistake as me and make sure you go to this place first. Got the vibe that he is 100% honest… which is what i was looking for as a beginner that doesn’t know for himself yet. My family won’t go anywhere else for ski supplies anytime soon.

I went with my husband to get our skis and board waxed and sharpened and ended up trying on some boots because I thought I needed new ones. Matt, the owner, was really helpful with choosing the right boots for me, and he taught me the proper way to put on ski boots. Nobody ever showed me and I had been doing it all wrong! I realized I didn’t need new boots after all, I just wasn’t putting them on the right way. Matt cared more about showing us the right way to do things than making a sale. If you need new equipment, I highly recommend Woodbridge Ski and Board. Matt is very friendly, and he really knows his stuff! He took the time to find the right type of boot for my feet, and genuinely wanted to help. My husband also had questions about snowboard boots and Matt was happy to answer all his questions too. Both my husband and I were very impressed and happy with our visit...
