I've been going to Chipotle for years, and this location is by far the worst. I ordered food last week, and my order arrived missing items. The driver said she'd return with the missing items only to bring me the wrong items, but today's experience was a disaster. I ordered delivery online, and the site said 25 - 41 minutes. An hour went by and I called the location several times, but still no answer. So, I drive to the location having to call my client and push back my appointment (I'm a business owner), and the cashier was very rude telling me the order was handled in a timely fashion, and it's not their problem once Door Dash picks up the food. That they don't have the name of the delivery person or their contact number. I asked for a refund being I still didn't have my food, and they said I had to go to Door Dash. Listen, I'm a business owner, and I use 3rd party companies as marketing platforms to drive business and do customer service. If a client complains to me about something handled poorly, I don't tell them it's not my fault, and that they need to take it up with the 3rd party. I apologize for the inconvenience and make it up to them, and then I handle the mishap with the company I hired. So, another person comes to talk to me because the cashier couldn't handle her job professionally, and he tells me the general mgr will talk to me in a moment. The GM comes to talk to me only to tell me the same trash I was fed from the others. At that moment, I get a text from the driver saying she's at my door. I told the GM I was very disappointed and what happened isn't right. He had nothing to say other than Door Dash is the problem. That being said, I get home, and my order wasn't prepared properly. In a rage, I drive back to the location, and I almost slipped when I walked in the location because it's raining outside, and the front entrance had a puddle of water. I then tell them there's no chicken in my wife's bowl. Showed them the receipt, and the cashier snickers at me like I'm a problem. The man who grabbed the bowl throws it in the trash, and prepares a new bowl moving very slowly when I told them I was pressed for time during my 1st unnecessary visit. Why would you throw fresh food in the trash????? There are homeless people starving in this town, and you're throwing out food like that. Unreal! When I got home AGAIN I realized I was also missing my tortilla chips & guacamole. I had points on my chipotle account I used for the guac & chips. Oh well! They also didn't put beans in my mother's bowl. Lastly, they were stingy with the portions. I'm done with this location. Chipotle needs to train their employees properly. They need to understand and handle such situations in a courteous manner. Especially when they screwed up the order. I think I'm done with...
Read moreThis chipotle is the worst location I have been to. Yesterday (4/12) I placed an online order for pickup at 10:20pm on the chipotle app. My estimated pick up time was for around 10:40pm. My father walked into the Chipotle to pick up the order and nothing was ready. He asked the first worker he saw about the order we placed and was responded with a nasty attitude that said “We don’t have no food. Cancel the order.” My father was confused since the app allowed the order to be placed and it was placed FORTY MINUTES before closing time. The store was set to close at 11:00PM and by the time he walked in everything was getting cleaned up: chairs were put up, tables were wiped, and employees were wiping everything down in the kitchen. My father walks out the chipotle to explain to me what was said to him so I walked in myself to try and get a little more information. I was greeted with the same attitude. I then approached a different worker behind the counter and asked him how could I get my money back and how to cancel the order. He didn't know how to cancel the order and just said for me to go on the app when that was not an option when I checked. As I am speaking with him I see all the food still laid out and said how can you guys say you have no food but there’s all this food right here. Fortunately he was willing to make my order but said they did not have all the ingredients that were in my order so I would have to choose something else. As grateful as I was that he was willing to work with me, I should have been able to get my CORRECT order that I PAID for and was CHARGED for. The end result of this was being told to reach out to corporate to get my refund. This situation is completely unfair and my order should’ve never been accepted if the order couldn’t have been completed! If a store or restaurant has a closing time the store or restaurant should remain open and then when it’s closed, proceed with the correct closing procedure! Not denying a customer their order just because they want to get out of there exactly at the time of closing. To make matters worse my order was set to “ready to be picked up” by the chipotle and no food was ever given to me! Not only was I charged and left with no food but on the app it showed my order was fulfilled and that is...
Read moreManagement needs to change. Time and time again, visits have shown that it needs to happen but today topped it off. We get there at 12:15 PM only to be told that they’re only accepting online orders and not working the line. Fine, we place our orders with an ETA of 12:30 and 12:40. 12:30 we’re still waiting and they open the line back up so the restaurant fills with people who are able to place an order and leave immediately while ourselves and a dozen others who placed their orders before these customers even got here are still waiting. Others before us start to question if their orders are ready yet. The Managers excuse was that the associates were to all focus on this large 6 person online order so they closed the walk up line down. He argued with a customer. Meanwhile, the online orders pile in and once that large order was done, the associates moved back to the line, getting people out the door who order in house, backing up the online orders. “You have to wait” “We’re going in order of receipts” No, people who ordered after us got their food first so no, you’re not going in order. Then we watch my tacos being made with soft shells when we ordered hard shell. Give the food back and naturally, there’s an associate who has to comment under her breath and give dirty looks just because SHE didn’t read the order correctly. It gets passed to someone else who just takes the filling out and moves it to new shells. Somehow I end up with 2 Barbacoa tacos and 1 steak taco… I didn’t even order steak. That is so dangerous in the food industry with all the severe allergies out there. The manager disappears. They should’ve never closed down the line because that just generated more online orders for the associates to be backed up on. We finally leave at 12:55 PM and the customers behind the large 6 person order still hadn’t even showed to pick it up. I spent my entire lunch traveling to, waiting, and leaving Chipotle....
