We just moved into a new home in Staten Island, with very little move-in time. We originally ordered furniture from Ashley Furniture hoping to have a couch within a week, and after the transaction was complete they told us it will be delivered within 12 weeks. The following day we went across the bridge and visited Charisma Furniture. Not only did they have tons to choose from; the quality of furniture was fantastic and the prices even better! We went back to Ashley that evening and cancelled our original order. With the wonderful Customer Service provided by Gustavo and Ash, we got our couch and chairs with in a few days. There was an issue with delivery of our dining table BUT they immediately rectified the issue. Which most furniture stores will make you jump through hoops to get what you need or want. I do not write many reviews but after receiving the wonderful customer service from Ash and Gustavo,(even after the purchase was complete), I had to extend the courtesy somehow....

The 2 owners were nothing but accommodating and welcoming to myself, her and my father who came along as well. They worked very hard to earn our sale. They knew everything they had available and were not once hesitant to help us find exactly what we want. Not only that but they even offered to put in special requests to the factory to give us EXACTLY what we wanted. They were also honest about which of their available pieces they felt were more durable or higher quality than others.
