CVS — Local services in Woodbury

I was in line just minutes before closing and once the clock struck 8:00pm, Elaine (the mgr) looked at me and said they were closed. I replied that I was in line waiting prior to 8:00pm and she said “but now we’re closed”. I’ve worked in customer service my entire life and would never have treated someone like that, especially as a manager. I switched to this pharmacy given the convenience of being in Target and shopping there often, but tonight it was clear that they have very different service standards. Elaine could use some training from the pleasant Target staff....

This location has sadly gone downhill. Awesome pharmacist that we loved left. She was so helpful with helping us figure out solutions for our daughter.

They are always out of stuff, don’t answer their phone and instead of just traversing to another CVS they make the customer call the doctor back. There has to be a better system for when they are out of prescribed meds. Called the next closest CVS and they were a joy to work with and transferred over the prescription and filled it...

This place is hell on earth. Trying to refill a prescription here is next to impossible. They are always out of stock of common medications and provide no timeline as to when they will be refilled. They are rude, unhelpful and the only thing they care about is making sure you leave...
