The prices are kinda high and the cupcakes are good. I really like the canoles. Only rating 2 stars because of the several irritating bad experiences I've had when I applied for a job here. I applied for just a simple cashier position back in November/December last year. After no one called me about my application, I called back. The manager wasn't there but the worker over the phone wrote my contact info down and assured me that the manager would get back to me in the next day or two. Never happened. I called back again and was told the exact same thing. This happened THREE TIMES. Then I finally got a waitressing job after being unemployed for almost 2 months only to FINALLY get a call back from this place. I told her that I had recently accepted another position and she kindly said they would keep my application on file in case I changed my mind in the near future. Fast forward 4 months. I wanted to try to get a position there again and I personally went to the location and they told me they still had my application and that the manager would call me within the next 24 hrs to set up an interview. I was hopeful this time but, yet again, I still never recieved a phone call. I called back and they told me the same thing they said months ago- "I have written your contact information down and written a note to the manager. She'll definitely call you on Monday when she's in again." Didn't happen. So I gave you guys one more chance and called. One. Last. Time. I had a very thorough conversation with a different manager than who was supposed to contact me. I explained this whole thing to her and she sincerely apologized and said she would leave yet another note and a text to that coworker about actually calling me back. NEVER HAPPENED. EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL. I really wanted a job here as I've wanted to work in a true little bakery since I was little. If you didn't want to hire me you could've simply told me. Very very disappointed in the customer service and...

Nadia's has the best cupcakes that I have ever tasted. The proof? Our family gets cupcakes from Nadia's to celebrate every occasion because their cupcakes are better than homemade! Their cupcakes are just...perfect! The cupcake flavors are delicious with unusual and creative options, and the frosting's sweetness is at a level that complements the cupcake rather than overpowering it (unlike so many bakeries that have cloyingly sweet frosting). Their selection of cupcakes (and other baked goodies) is so varied and good that we usually cannot narrow our choices, and our purchase inevitably results in desserts for several days. Their gluten-free cookies are huge and yummy, and they have other desserts that I haven't yet tried. They have gluten-aware options, vegan options, keto options - they make it so easy to buy cupcakes and treats. Just as important, their team's service and helpfulness is as wonderful as the cupcakes. They are patient when I can't make up my mind over choices, they investigate ingredients to accommodate various family members' allergies, and they have faithfully followed safe practices during the recent pandemic (wearing a mask and gloves when delivering my purchases to my car). For those who have dogs, please know that they have little dog-appropriate cupcakes that are apparently doggie-licious based on our dog's reaction. If you like cake and cupcakes, I highly...

If you are debating getting cupcakes from Nadia Cakes, you have to give them a try.

I've tried a variety of their cupcakes and I haven't been disappointed with any. If I'm being completely honest, I did wipe off some of the icing from one of the cupcakes before because it was too much icing for my liking(Birthday Cupcake).

For the cupcakes that I've tried, I've loved that the cake portion is moist and not too sweet. I believe they focus on the icings to provide the sweetness which is always just enough(besides the one mentioned above).

Also, I've found it interesting that they had keto cupcake options. I've tried the two options available at the Woodbury location and they were pretty good. If you have ever been on a keto diet, you understand how hard it is to make and/or get keto desserts that taste edible at the very least. The icing for the keto cupcakes is what I found to be spectacular. I think if you purchase the keto cupcakes with the expectation of them tasting like your regular Betty Crocker cakes - you'll be disappointed. If you purchase the Keto cupcakes knowing that many ingredients will be substituted to attain the level of sweetness and moisture found in a regular cupcake, you'll leave highly satisfied.

My favorite cupcakes thus far are the Turtle and Salted Caramel.

I think you should give it a try. Also, the staff has always been...

We tried Nadia cakes today with high expectations. Unfortunately we were let down. I had the triple chocolate cupcake, and my wife had the red velvet cupcake. Cost: a whopping $4.50 cents a piece for a smaller cupcake. Triple chocolate: It had chocolate chips, some cheesecake flavoring, but mostly chocolate frosting. Overall the cake was surprisingly bland, but I think the bigger problem is that the toppings all literally tasted pretty much the same: sugar, not really any cocoa taste. I think that is the common theme for this cupcake is just an overabundance of sugar taste and aftertaste without real flavoring of cocoa that I would expect from a triple chocolate cupcake. The red velvet (vampire cupcake): It was supposed to be red brownie with chocolate syrup in the middle. Again the same theme happens here as well: a lot of decoration and decor, absolutely monotone flavor in an overabundance of sweetness in lieu of actual distinct taste. Almost 10 bucks for two cupcakes, end the winter of cupcake wars, these are far from what we would expect from even lungs or byerlies. Surprisingly Target supersedes the taste and quality of this cupcake. I wish them continued success but unfortunately I had to be honest in my review.

I really, really appreciate any restaurant providing vegan options at all, but the vegan cupcakes need some work here. The in-store vegan/gluten-free menu has these options: chocolate, vanilla, or lemon cake with the same flavor options for frosting, raspberry or lemon filling, and sprinkles. But the bottom of the little menu says that anything with food coloring isn’t actually vegan because of the food dyes. It’s great that they recognize this fact, but that means that none of the fillings, sprinkles, or (I assumed) the lemon flavors are vegan. So I went with a vanilla cake and chocolate frosting. I put the cupcake in the fridge overnight so maybe this was my fault, but the cake was wet on the outside and was completely flavorless. The frosting was supposed to be a buttercream I assume, but it was dense and had no flavor other than sugar. I couldn’t detect any chocolate at all. Overall it was way too sweet, had no flavor, and wasn’t a great texture. I wish they’d just leave the artificial food coloring out of the lemon flavors if they’re going to bother listing that on the vegan menu.

We were excited to try Nadia’s cupcakes and this being our first time in, we spent time looking at the options … a man came in behind us so we let him order. The girls behind the counter didn’t ask us if we had any question. They didn’t seem interested in customer service at all. They were mostly interested in taking our order and getting us out the door as quickly as possible. I could understand that maybe if there were 50 people in line but there was only one person who came in behind us after the man checked out. They weren’t rude, just not helpful and we felt rushed. We ordered six cupcakes. All of them were moist. The frosting was sweet not a lot of distinction between flavors. The lemon cupcake and frosting had strange taste to it. It might have been lemon zest. It was very lemony but had a bitter after taste. The vanilla was very good and probably our favorite.
