Don't buy phones here. Bought a brand new phone around christmas and have had nothing but problems. It randomly died on me after having issues with it holding a charge since the moment i got it. It happened over night. I was charging it while asleep and it would not turn back on when i woke up in the morning. Also have issues with the camera. There is something wrong with the quality of the photos. I have a warranty but I was forced to go to some 3rd party store to have them take my brand new phone apart since this store won't do their job with literally anything they sell you, tell you to go make a claim online but I came into to store so maybe you should do that or i dont know take my faulty phone you gave me and give me a new one?? Drove all the way back home with my mom's phone because I need the GPS to know where I'm going and cant turn mine on. I get home start trying to do this magical online claim that will somehow be more helpful than a customer service rep that works at the store, the magical claim online turns out to be not so magical and won't work so I took my pet fairy tinkerbell and turned her upside down and shook her all over my mom's phone to get that magical claims online form to work, poor tinkerbell was exhausted and died of toxic shaking fairy syndrome sprinkling the dust from her 6 different times and finally came to the realization it's not my fairy's dust that's not working especially since she died too so I called the xfinity services and must have tried everything under the sun to get anyone besides an automated system, nothing i said worked, resorted to pressing buttons to confuse the system enough to get me a real person, finally get a real person and after another 20 to 30 minutes tell me they can't help me and to call the manufacturer, called them and after denying multiple times and stating i am not the reason it broke, you know because it's your fault the phone broke for no reason, no falls, no water damage no cracks but they must know if your at fault so they don't have to fix it and i am still saying i did nothing for this to happen, I was given a faulty phone and still they won't fix it. So your warranty is useless š¤. I ended up being sent to a store called youbreakitIfixit or something of that nature that implies it was my fault. 3rd party store said something inside the battery was not connected to something. Nothing that I did that would have caused that since i have never taken this apart ever. So you sold me a faulty phone. However the issues with the photos and videos still exist So the morale of the story is xfinity has no business selling phones with a warranty to you if none of them have the knowledge and honor to fix the shit when they were the ones that handed it out to you. If I went into a Verizon store they would honored the warranty and would have taken it and took it apart and fixed it themselves right there and then. I dont get paid to do your job xfinity. I'm switching back to Verizon for my phone services. Good luck...

The young woman at the desk started out by helping me with my account, than when I asked her about my balance she told me one moment I have too many screens up.. she continued to help my husband with his questions which took about 45 minutes to come to a conclusion she canāt help him, than said thank you is there anything else? Yeah, my balance I had originally came in for.. I had my account on auto pay and paid one month out of pocket for it to decline my autopay and not take the original payment, for me to have a $30 rejection fee! so my balance that was $30, is somehow over $100 and they cannot help in stores. Which is weird because why would the representative tell me to take my acct off auto pay because she saw my payment, but when I went in stores she couldnāt see/couldnāt help ; we have also moved into a brand new building so I was trying to have my service transferred, and OH since itās a new building every tenant in the building who wants to use xfinity has to pay an extra $40 for set up, even if youāve successfully set it up yourself and itās been working fine. The young woman seemed really upset it was working fine without sending a technician out, which makes sense because waking up this morning our internet is completely not working. I tell you what pay the extra $5 or $15 at T-mobile or your phone company provider because the customer service is trash, I wasted over two hours of my time.
Update; PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE read all of the reviews before going to this location!!!! ALL of the recent reviews from this locations staff and owner have been horrible, please take your money to any other internet provider and donāt get scammed! If you have any issues nobody will help ā¹ļø I finally got ahold of someone from corporate and the snarky little blonde girl disconnected my services without any mention of that to myself. I pray you get everything you deserve in this world little girl. I hope that $15/hr...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreDO NOT GET XFNITY MOBLE! I went to upgrade my internet service and after being with Verizon for 20 years they convinced me that it would be more cost effective to switch to Xfinity. I switched and bought 3 new phones. The first issue was that for some reason they were having trouble with their order system and couldn't complete in the store so they had to ship the phones to me (even though we had them in our hands) and it took 3 days. Then we set them up ourselves. About a week after we started using the new phones my sons phone kept losing cellular service but it would return when we'd reseat the SIM card. I came into the store and they replaced the SIM card and recommended we just replace the phone under warranty just in case, so we placed the order. When the new phone arrived we converted everything over but after another week we started having the same problem again. In the interim I still needed to return the original phone and now try to get the second one replaced. I had thrown out the original phone box, so I put the old phone in the new phone box and went to return it to the Xfinity store. When I went to return it they said it would be a 30min wait. I'm just here to drop off a return piece of hardware. They said I could take it to any UPS store without a label and they'd return it to Xfinity for free. I went to the UPS store and they said it wasn't recognized in their system and wouldn't take it. I tried calling customer service and after struggling to get past the AI assistant I got someone who could barely speak English and I had to repeat my issue 3 times. Finally I hung up and just went back to the store. When they went to process the return they said they couldn't because it wasn't in the original box and I needed the original box to return it. ITS THE EXACT SAME PHONE!!!! I had enough and walked out. They will probably charge me for the unreturned phone but they will never get another dime of...
