Going, Going, Gone! — Local services in Woodbury

The only reason this isn’t a 1-star review is because my frustration is more with Dick’s Sporting Goods as a whole than with this specific store. Going, Going, Gone offers prices that feel much more in line with what Dick’s should be charging—but doesn’t, because they can get away with premium pricing under their main brand.

For example, I tried on a pair of shoes at Dick’s in size 11.5 for $169. The exact same shoes, same size, were $111 at Going, Going, Gone. Make it make sense.

Also, many items here have stickers that say “Our Price” but don’t show what the original price was—making it hard to tell if you’re actually getting a good...

Drove over an hour, purchased shoes. Got home to discover they were both right feet. Staff didn't check them when checking out- basic sales 101 and clearly a lack of training. Drove back the next day- they could find a left shoe in store or online. Store lead Jon offered a refund and nothing more for the trouble. Blamed the fact that they've been busy for lack of staff attention. Took no responsibility for the issue or offer anything to make the situation right or make the customer satisfied. Bought a pair of kids Hokas since they didn't have my size in the women's section. (Size 5). Was told at the register by a teenage kid that the return policy was 30 days. Took them home, wore them for a week while outside and gardening. Realized they were too big for my feet, and causing aches. Took them back a week later only to be told they were too dirty to resell.
