I am so happy they put a store in Woodbury. I love their clothes! My husband and my checkbook aren’t thrilled 😂 I was considering exchanging a pair of pants yesterday and went into try on a different size. I was greeted right away, and both employees i interacted with were really helpful and nice. I used to be a retail manager so I honestly don’t mind browsing by myself and don’t get upset if no one’s available to greet or help because I understand how it is and how busy people get, so I was actually really impressed that everyone was pretty attentive and helpful especially during the holiday season. I asked a question about a top I saw online, and they offered to help me order/find one because it was now clearance. I ended up keeping the pants I had, and buying a couple extra things instead. they had the pants to match the top I wanted, and I found the top on their site so I was able to order it myself from the dressing room but I appreciated they offered help.I’ll definitely be back to that store. I wish they sold short length in the store so that’s my only complaint I always have to order my pants online! They are very good about returns and exchanges, super...

My wife and I went last Saturday to shop and kill time before our movie next door. Every single person who came into the store before and after us received a greeting - except for us. Workers offered help to all other customers, but not us. When neared the two workers who were having a conversation in the front right of the store near the sweaters they went silent and avoided eye contact while moving away. Felt EXTREMELY unwelcome and uncomfortable. My wife is visibly trans so that the only reason we could come up with for their rude/unprofessional behavior. I’ve been wearing AE and Aerie since MIDDLE SCHOOL and have seriously never had an issue shopping in store til now. Re-train your employees...

Truly my favorite store! The quality of these clothes are top notch! The dressing rooms are large and spacious, the store is not too crowded. There is also a fun little mini golf hole! Also the decor was super...
