Since opening earlier this year, TOUS les JOURS in Catonsville has quickly become one of my go-to spots for fresh pastries, relaxing atmosphere, and consistently excellent service.

Atmosphere The space is bright, airy, and beautifully designed — plenty of seating, tasteful décor, and lots of natural light. Whether you’re here to meet friends, enjoy a quiet coffee, or get some work done, it’s the perfect balance of lively and peaceful.

Food & Drinks The pastry and bread selection is always impressive, with everything baked fresh daily on-site. You can even watch the bakers at work in their spotless uniforms, which adds to the charm and transparency. Favorites include the spinach feta danish, pizza baguette, mushroom and onion croissant bowl, and the seasonal strawberry cloud donut. Their cakes are equally delightful — the green tea cloud cake is a standout.

The strawberry lemonade is refreshing and vibrant in flavor. A quick tip: give it a good stir with your straw as you drink to keep the sweetness evenly balanced. The carbonation makes it light and fizzy, though I might try requesting less ice next time for more drink.

Service The staff here are always warm, attentive, and accommodating. They handle busy rushes with professionalism and genuine kindness, from walking you through the menu to carefully packaging items for here or to-go. On my last visit, they even held my cake in the fridge until I was ready to leave — a small gesture that made a big impression.

The vanilla latte is heavenly, particularly if prepared by experienced, exceptionally skilled barista, “Chris,” whose excellence also includes a professional, likable cordiality that demonstrates high customer valuation!Tous les Jours’ choice to use high quality coffee beans -Lake Awassa sourced from Sidama, Ethiopia - was an outstanding one! The espresso is rich with layers of flavor, depth, and aromatic uniqueness! The baked goods are not overly sweet but taste light, fresh, and delish! My fave is the cheesecake, the almond butter cookies, and the twisted buns! The service is quick enough to suit a most hungry customer. This TLJ site is well-run! My only complaint: Since the recent grand opening of this Catonsville-based locale, I have purchased countless goods (the personnel call me by name when I visit and know my specifically-tweaked orders by heart). As a very pleased patron who was totally new to the franchise until it opened last month in my area, I quickly signed up for the Rewards Program, but I have discovered that I have not received any points for my numerous purchases despite the fact that I successfully signed up on the app and entered the two payment methods which I use at TLJ. I stumbled upon this fantastic fresh bakery. What a surprise! I haven't been in such a beautiful bakery for years. This is what Baltimore definitely needed. A niche has been successfully filled with precision. Everything is baked on site every morning. Patrons can actually see the bakery, which is located in the rear of the building.

Customer Service was also outstanding. I would not have expected anything less after being surrounded by perfection. This bakery is almost a month old and is everything a person could want, but will this be the case a year from now?

Blueberry Cloud Slice looked like cake but wasn't cake. It was truly something superb. It was amazingly light and thoughtfully sweetened. Wow! I could easily devour an entire cake at 310 calories per slice.

Tiramisu Iced Latte was to die for. Just pour liquid deliciousness. I'm sure that the calories are beyond what I should have had, but no regrets at all.

Curry Corquette was good. I wouldn't eat this item often, but it was a different type of snack.

Salt & Butter Rolls were absolutely airy and delicious, too. I've never had rolls, so light flavorful. I could actually eat one of these with every single meal. I only bought two but wished that I had bought a dozen. My waistline would not have been pleased, but my taste buds would have.

Avocado & Turkey Sandwich was ok. I would definitely purchase again because it kept perfectly well for 3 days even though it had avocado...
