I know I have the capabilities of building a pc as it doesn’t look so hard but man I didn’t want to wait so I ordered here , I ordered a pc from them nov 22 and the pc came Dec 6. But the pc restarting on me randomly and spiking 100% cpu usage so I sent it back knowing something is wrong , they had it for a week and said nothing was wrong so I had to pay for shipping back because there was “nothing wrong”. Fast forward , January 8 got my pc back and it lasted me two weeks til the problem started again , I told them everything and they won’t even replace my cooler without me sending my cooler back first and what if it’s not even the cooler that’s the problem? Anyways ordering a pre built pc that I had to go fix my self and take apart when I could’ve just got the parts and built it myself and even would’ve got a better system than this for the same price I’m paying for.i also ordered a 5800x3d with 7800xt they gave me a ryzen 7 7700 , probably a used cpu. This was my first PC, and I waited a few weeks to write the review. I will say I absolutely LOVE my PC. Daniel was great and more than willing to help out with any questions I had. I did a lot of research into what I wanted and they took care of me. They do not push things down your throat just to make some extra money off of you. The process was very simple, I filled out a form online and then received an email and text within 30 minutes, I hesitated a bit and replied to the text after store hours and told Daniel what I wanted and he responded with a warm message and we decided on a build. He even checks in and lets you know the status of the build which was very quick I was able to pick it up a few days later (mostly due to my schedule). I had this company build me the PC I've always wanted. Top of the line processor, more memory than I'll ever use, the best graphics card on the market...the works. I was retail therapy shopping and just wanted the BEST. They sourced some parts that I would have never found on my own, and built it for me for LESS than the cost I spec'd out to build it myself. I've had the rig for a few months now and am extremely happy with the performance. I would have done a worse job for more money if I tried to build it myself like I initially planned. Highly recommend, especially if you have good credit and know how to manage your money. I was able to get a 0% APR loan for the rig through one of their lenders, so I'm essentially getting it even cheaper.
