Guy this place is crazy! My delivery was on November 23 2022 and the broker did the appointment at 8pm, but I arrived at 5pm for delivery. I walked in and the security guard checked my paperwork and told me that someone would call me around 11pm. That means my waiting time is 6 hours after 9 driving hours and the main thing is, that my appointment was at 8pm. I left this facility that day. At 1:24am someone called me for unloading but I didn't answer the phone because I was sleeping. My advice for owners and truck drivers, if you guys see this address as a delivery point on your load board, just reject the load!!! Because you lose your time and money! And one more thing is that this load was from NJ to OH Cincinnati for 1,500$ and I just lost all my 2 days! I want to tell the Kroger owners: Truck drivers are live people who are delivering your stuff and as a big company you guys have to pay attention to truck drivers! It cannot work like this!...

There was an African-American lady with the little bun on her head checking in for security. I read the sign and it said park your truck then walk up to the guard shack, so I did. I walked up to the window and she says Go to the door, I asked her which door, she says, use your eyes and said obviously the only door there is. I walked to the back of warehouse past the shack, thinking there is a driver entrance, she let me walk around the entire warehouse building, trying to find the door, the whole time she meant the back of the actual guard shack that she was sitting in. Read moreI’m not sure where my delivery orders originate, but my experience with Kroger Boost is very disappointing. I request early delivery before I leave for work. This time it was between 6-7 am. At 5:58 I learn of out of stock items (typical). At 6:01, I am notified of a 4-5 hour delay. At 6:03, I am notified of a 7-8 hour delay. They provide a phone number to call, but no one is available until after 7 am. Phone bot prompts me to use Live Chat. Live chat is not available until 7 am. I finally phone at 7 am. The robot has all my information, but the human does not and I have to verify so much information now. It took over 12 minutes (mostly on hold) before my order was presumably cancelled.
