Don’t waste your time this place is a nightmare. I made an order last week with a stuffed crust pizza. A woman called me and told me there was no more stuffed crust available but I had already paid for my order. It wouldn’t let her give me any money back so she told me she would place a credit for my next order on my account. Last night I made another order and tried to use my credit and I was unable to find it on my account. I called to try to sort out the confusion. I had to call four times until someone would actually pick up the phone after they put me on hold. The women I spoke to was not only extremely rude but when I asked for her assistance to receive my credit she made it very clear she did not care about my inconvenience or my overall waste of time with their establishment and poorly trained staff. After I made it clear to the women that I wouldn’t let her negative attitude and rude words prevent me from receiving my credit she reluctantly wrote down my information of my previous order, which was my suggestion when she wanted to leave the situation with me not recieving the compensation I deserved when they were unable to correctly make my pizza. We ended up placing the second order despite being denied the credit I should have had and they completely messed up our order with something not even remotely close to what we order and refused to remake the food so we ended up taking it anyway. Food was good the first time but literally made everyone I was with sick the second time. the amount of rudeness, the fact everyone I talked to clearly didn’t care and were very noticeably disrespectful was appalling. I am a frequent paying customer and after I use my rightfully owed credit I will no longer be visiting this horribly staffed facility. I am going to call back this morning reguarding my credit and hopefully I can talk to someone who is not as unprofessional as the horrible woman I spoke to on the phone last night. This has truly been my WORST experience at a Pizza Hut EVER. Very disappointed
UPDATE I just called back and spoke to another person who didn’t care about my problem or show me respect. They claimed I had no proof of order change or given credit when I had the pay receipt for my original order with stuffed crust and they had the version after it had been edited to be pan pizza. I have a partial credit but I don’t even know if I want to use it just because of how horrible my experiences have been with this awful facility. Read moreThe worst experience we have ever had. Normally don't do delivery but we had a lot going on Friday. The first set of photos are from this location. We called back to complain, and the manager John assured us that he personally checked these items before they were delivered. This means the quality control, pride in your work, customer service, and expectations are not high enough for us to continue to spend our hard earned money with you all. Why would you be ok with sending this out the door?
The cheese sticks were over cooked and hard like a crouton; there was not adequate cheese. The cheese pizza was overcooked as well, looked as though the grand babies cut it, and not sure why the cheese shifted to one side. The chicken pizza had the same shift of cheese and ingredients. Also, they must have been training the new girl how to cut a pizza and then how to vote in squares on the same pizza. The boneless wings were supposed to be honey Bar B que. Hmmm.....I don't think we said to hold the sauce.
The second set of photos was the replacements in comparison to what was originally made. We decided to drive the extra few miles to Fairfield and pick up. Thanks to the Fairfield location for taking pride in what they do and ensuring the customer is satisfied!
In summary, stay away from this location drive to Fairfield or somewhere else, unless you want to waste your money 💰 and Doncare about quality! In my opinion, the presentation is key. Take pride in everything...
Read moreMy husband and I LOVE Pizza Hut but as of today we will NEVER eat there again! I placed an order for 2 medium 1 topping pan pizzas and boneless wings well done dry with bbq on the side and plates and napkins. Easy enough right? WRONG!!! All I got was the 2 pizzas and a side of BBQ sauce and a manager that called me being nothing but combative and extremely rude and inappropriate! In other words she was saying I was lieng! It says that their calls are recorded so I asked her to listen to my call and she couldn’t do that?! I called the original number that I placed the order thru and it was the same girl that I placed my order thru and she apologized and told me that she was Arabic and may have misunderstood my order. She repeated it back to me so I’m not sure what she misunderstood and her nationality has nothing to do with it! Such a shame that my husband and I were treated like dirt over some boneless wings! I’ve worked in the restaurant industry and I would never treat a customer the way this manager just treated me! To top it off they were suppose to transfer me to a different manager but instead they hung up on me! All we wanted was what we ordered and all we got was the worst customer service we have ever experienced and treated like a piece of trash! If you feel like fighting and arguing for food then by all means, call Pizza Hut in Woodlawn Ohio! I see now why so many have told us to stay away from this location!...
