In the last 10 years I’ve made 3 purchases & had 2 repairs done. Recently however i didn’t have a good experience and will no longer be doing business with them. From Jordan & Moises (unenthusiastic office help) to Nick the owner, none of them seem to care about their customers. The owner Nick is a generational jeweler with an incredible eye for design, and a level of skill that is hard to come by these days.
