Purchased a new Scott Genius and Scott Scale plus. Also purchased an upgraded Scott Spark that the owners son had used as a demo since last August, in addition to miscellaneous bike gear. Wife and I were completely satisfied with both before and after sale support. Requested a couple upgrades to the Spark to support a race in Michigan 6 days after purchasing the bike in Woodstock VT. No problem for their talented tech team. Upgrades were flawless, and I have never seen such a top notch land freight packing job. Not even a scratch. My fears of single track race day problems riding a bike previously used as a demo were unfounded. The bikes dependability and capability exceeded that of the rider. It had obviously been well maintained and not abused. We will purchase from Woodstock Sports again, and service our bikes there, without...

One of the worst experiences of my life. My family and I were in Woodstock on vacation and we love the outdoors so we decided to check this store out. We weren't in the store 60 seconds and the gentleman working at the store with his dog comes from behind the counter and follows my son to the back of the store. He then asked my 12 year old to empty his pockets so he could see if he stole something because he put his cell phone in his pocket as he walked through the store. Apparently he thought my son might have stolen one of his ridiculously overpriced lacrosse balls. I'm disappointed there isn't a corporate office to file an official complaint. This store doesn't...

I was blown away by the level of customer service that James provided for a bike rental. I called to reserve one three weeks ahead of time, and for the next three weeks he would email me every few days to update me about the wet weather and trail conditions. They made me feel valued as a customer and I was impressed that James was so attentive for someone renting just one bike for one day.

The day before my ride I popped into the shop and James and Linda went over my route with me and gave me lots of helpful tips about the trails. Five star experience and I’ll definitely rent from them...
