H-E-B Deli — Restaurant in Woodway

I did not know HEB had a separate review for their Deli alone. Seeing they do, I will give them the same five star rating as the rest of the store. Boar's Head products. Not much more to say than that, other than the HEB house brands are very close in quality to the Boar's Head product for a dollar or more less a pound. They slice every meat to order using a thickness chart to make sure you receive the product as requested. I noticed they always toss the first slice or two into the trash to make sure you're not getting product that has been exposed open to Refrigeration. All cheese and very thin sliced Meats are sliced with a layer of paper in between so that it does not become stuck together when you go to use it. These are all very small and minor details that are very important when producing first class and top quality Deli products. HEB has the only stores that I will purchase Deli products for all the reasons outlined above. Truly a...
