I was looking for a new eye lash tech since I’m new in the area and wanted someone who was close by.

I’ve been getting eye lash extensions for years so I’m very familiar with having them and maintaining them well. The service wasn’t great, I didn’t get as much information or help as I am used to. The result kind of looked nice at that moment,but lasted less than 2 DAYS.. literally 2 days!!!I am pretty upset about this since I came the first time paid for a fill ( few days later they ALL fell out) .. I decided to give DAFNE ( eyelash tech) another chance so I came in for the second time ( getting a full set) I was there for 3+ hours, spent a good amount of money on this at this point, AND 2 days later they once again ALL fell out. I kindly reached out , explaining the situation , sent her photos of what they look like ONLY 2 days later. ( I have all the texts and communication, I was in total shock how somone would treat their customer as if this was my fault) She was very rude, unprofessional, and simply refused to fix the issue. Honestly this is what made me mad the MOST, instead of simply apologizing and saying come on in and we could fix this, she acted as if was nothing and didn’t even acknowledge the fact that it was not my fault that her work, technique isn’t the best and caused my lashes to fall out within 2 days,, mind you, not a week or two weeks —-I mean 2 days guys!!!!! ( attached are photos of what I sent her and what my lashes looked like after 2 days of full lashes service and 3+ hours being there. WHAT A WASTE OF MY TIME!!! I highly suggest you do not go here if you don’t want to spend your money and waste your time for your lashes to fall out in 2 days!!!! Wouldn’t recommend it at all. I usually love leaving 5 star reviews and rarely ever leave any bad reviews but this review definitely is deserved! Very disappointed customer!!! Zero stars!!!!!

P.S just to clarify that this review is specifically for the eye lash tech DAFNE, not the salon itself. The hair salon is very nice and the ladies I came across are very kind, nice and professional. Kera specifically took care of me and I was very happy with...

After further scrutiny of my toes, I must update my rating. I was very disheartened to see that my servicer did not care about my feet. I live close and hoped to find a good beauty connection. Several toes bled from hacking away with a tool, at a diagonal at that, which set my radar off ... She didn't pull a file out once for finer tuning. There is still a blotch of blood on my toe. I pray I don't get an infection. She would've let me walk out with my big toe nail cut on a diagonal and the other asymmetrical. She did go back to improve the appearance after I asked, but now at home I see even the small toes were not cut straight across and level. The polish bubbled and a little lumpy. It seemed like disinterest and a lack of experience and maybe equipment played a role. I can't expect everybody to be a humanist, but dang girl, I trusted you 😥 Also, if you are looking for massage chairs and plastic lined foot basins, this salon is not that short of place. I try not to be superficial, but now, it's seeming that those things might be telling of what quality of service you'll be provided with. Other people did have good experiences, so all I can say is if it starts off bad and your intuition is telling you go, PLEASE just go...like I should have....

Came to the salon for a 9 am appointment for a hair color for my upcoming birthday on Monday. Made my appointment on Wednesday at 10am and asked for an appointment for a cut, color, and a single braid. Not a tight braid just a large braid since the sides of my hair is shaved. Came in and the lady that did my hair says well you can’t get your hair styled because we don’t have you down for a style. Ok cool I’d have to go somewhere else to get the one braid in. Got my hair trimmed and then colored. I asked for a dark blonde color closest to my natural hair. Picked out the color I wanted in the “color swatch book”. Waited 45 mins for the color to set in. Color comes out and it’s bleached blonde. Literally bleached blonde. The sides of my head are shaved and I look like a skunk. The lady tells me well that’s what toner does to your hair. I asked well that wasn’t the color I picked out in the book and she agreed. she said we can do another toner. I never mentioned the word toner at all upon my arrival. I was coming in for a cut and color. She then tells me well We can re color your hair and use a color now and not a toner. I’ve been here 3 hours and now waiting for the SECOND application of color. Highly disappointed...
