First of all...the place is very very clean..and .the staff is very friendly...but that being said...there is a reason when customers like myself ask for their food a certain way...I had the new Toasted Italiano...and I specifically asked for my provolone cheese in a wrapper..on the side...I have recently become dairy intolerant...and even a spec of cheese could get me going into an asmtha attack...but I did pay for the cheese...and the food is quite expensive...so I would rake the cheese home for my hubby to consume..haha...so while I was eating my sandwhuch I had to scrape lots if cheese off if each bite...so ibwould not get sick...tte sandwhich was good...but I mostly missed the experience of the special peppers on it...because they were stuck to the melted cheese...such a bummer...and there was no lettuce or tomatoes on my sandwhich...as was described...when I placed my order... Also...my hubby had a new Chibatta cheese steak...and he asked not to put caramelized onions on it or peppers...so they complied to...that but did not give him any lettuce at all...like he had asked... And both of us had requested their garlic alioli dressing on the side...instead of on the sandwhich...but they did not give us both...any at all...I was very disappointed about that...and the cashier had been raving about how yummy it was... Their soup was very good...i had chicken noodle...the hubby had broccoli cheddar.. I guess if I ever went back there again...I would probably just stick to ordering bread...soup and maybe some pastry items....such is life... U can see in the pics...how I had to add my own mayo...and the big clumps of cheese I had to scrape. offf..and all those yummy peppers...I had to miss... Read moreAfter waiting in line for a little over ten minutes, I ordered a to-go meal of half a sandwich, toasted, and a French onion soup. When she asked for my name, I told her my name and I also spelled it. Not only was the wait for that too long, no one even called my name once my order was ready. Before I found out my meal was ready, I watched someone who had ordered after me get his meal before me. His name was call s.I watched a worker take a small bag of food out the door to deliver to a car. He came back in a minute later with that same bag and sat it back on the pick-up counter. Minutes later, he decided to ask if the order was mine. I had him bring the order to the table so I could read the receipt. It was indeed my order. I asked why my name wasn't called, because I had just watched him take my order out of the building. No one had an answer for that. Then I looked at the name on the receipt and understood why. The young lady spelled my name wrong, so I guess no one knew how to pronounce it. Suffice it to say, not only was my toasted bread no longer in toasted form, but the soup I received was horrible! The French onion soup was the worst French onion soup I've ever had. I think they maybe tried to salvage burned soup but it didn't go well. The half sandwich I had was good but I wish they had more meat. Either way, I was disappointed. That was my first time ordering from a Panera Bread. Luckily, I've had someone share a meal with me from there before this experience or I would never go back. I will chalk this up to one of their bad days and move on. Read moreHello I do uber for this restaurant and usually get a 2 to 3 orders to pick up a day..a worker by the name of Teresa harassed me today 8/5/25 around 11:45 am.. I came to the restaurant to pick up an Uber. Usually you had to step up to the counter table On the pick up side, and they have all the pick up orders on the counter, and I am totally aware of that. And I am totally aware of confirming The order so they can see that I accepted it.. Will do. They happen to be that they had all these orders on a table, where the customers eat, and not on the counter, So, at this point, there’s no one around the orders either As I step to the bags and read the names. I feel someone grabbingme. I’m pushing me out the way I was really surprised, and I was really in shock.. I’ve never felt so disrespected in public or ever Had anybody lay their hands on me… I am planning on calling customer support and going further, so this won’t happen to nobody else.. I told the manager what happened and she denied everything when clear lead their cameras.
