Naf Naf Grill — Restaurant in Worth Township

This was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve ever had I waited close to five minutes with no other customers in the establishment before anyone offered to take my order, I walked in and it was like I was invisible at the counter, if it wasn’t the lady mopping who said hello, I would have walked out sooner, everyone kept working when I walked up one lady was walking back and forth behind the counter never glancing my way and the guy started taking sleeves off of cups, I digressed and began looking at the food until someone stopped being so busy to take my order, THE FOOD WAS SO DRY, so dry that I took my sunglasses off just to be sure what I am seeing. Sadly I have been to multiple naf naf grills and never seen the entire spread of food look dryer than sand. So I asked one of the employees and the lady assured me that it’s ok, and walked away before I could say anything further. Next, the guy finally asked me so what could I get you, at that point I was flat out done,. I went this location for the first time today 04/25/23 around the 11:00AM hour so I was in there when it pretty much first opened (open at 10:30AM). The service was decent and the restaurant was clean due to the fact again the place had just opened for business. My only complaint was even though the place had been opened since 10:30 AM and I came in around after 11:30AM there was no food available except chicken and the veggies. The chicken as a matter of fact was lukewarm and not really that hot. The veggie or cabbage was not really hot either in their serving dish. The sauce was decent but he reached into the back room to get a 2GO sauce instead OF pulling the sauce from the display dishes housed in the front behind the glass. Like I said, I entered the restaurant early right after they opened their doors but I didn’t expect there wouldn’t be any food available and properly displayed right in the front behind the glass. I mean a person can easily take one look at the food case and see nothing but chicken and leave the restaurant. WHATEVER IS ON THE MENU NEEDS TO BE PROPERLY SHOWCASED AND DISPLAYED IN THE FOOD TRAYS BEHIND THE GLASS THE MINUTE U OPEN OR SOON AFTER. The only reason why I gave it 1 star is only because the food is good, but the service, the service is horrible! I come here only because it’s the only one in this area, unfortunately! This is not the first time I have a negative experience here so I decided to post so people can prepare before they come here. Today, 6/21/2022 at 5:00 pm, I came to purchase food, and the girl who was serving was horribly rude to me, she was banging the tops of the containers and the spoons, giving horrible attitude to me, I was being super nice, I thought maybe it would change her attitude, but it didn’t, she continued being rude and throwing my food as she was serving it. 2 guys walked in and her attitude was completely different towards them, she even offered them samples of the food and was being so flirty and kidding around with them, I proceeded to pay and she rolled her eyes and glared at me because I asked her for sauce. On top of it this, there were no napkins and the restaurant just looked unorganized and dirty.
