Mecca Jewelers — Local services in Worth Township

The store owner (man) is very nice person. I bought from them last year several jewelery. And people especially a young lady was very polite. Unfortunately this time on 08/24/2022 there were another lady in sales counter who don't know how to treat a customer. When I called them to say about changing my bracelet to smaller size which I bought one day before she said me: "Didn't you choose your size after spending two hours yesterday?" And also she sighed a few times while I was going to choose jewelery the day before. It seems she didn't like taking each and a few one to show me one by one. I am not buying a toy I am buying GOLD! And if spent two hours in the store I also spent $1000 to this store. This is very rude and bad manner towards to customer! She needs to learn to be patient (SABR). The owner is very nice but unfortunately I am not going to be back to this store ANYMORE. I went a few more jewelery stores in the same area after I left Mecca store that day and they had more options and better polite...
