Absolutely terrible service and products. I came today looking for a hijab for my daughter and began looking through the different things that they had the store is overstocked to the extent where their employees don’t even know what they have in the store I was approached by a very grumpy looking girl who proceeded to tell me in a very rude tone that they only had plain colors and when I asked whether or not they had items with rhinestones she insisted that they don’t I then proceeded to thumb through some of their inventory and ended up finding two items with rhinestones which then she informed me were not complete items that had been taken apart and there was only a half of component for the hijab in the bag so they’re selling merchandise that’s incomplete their overpricing the merchandise that is boring in color and texture as well as the fact that the general demeanor of the employee was negative but I proceeded to look towards the back of the store for something that may have been overlooked she then proceeded to follow me and Trail me as if I was going to try to steal something from the shop I have never had a worst experience at a store in my life and I will never come...

I has the absolute worst retail experience in my life here. I was visiting Chicago and decided to shop here and it was something I never experienced before. The employee, who I wish I got her name, was firstly very pushy. I decided to buy one scarf and one bottle of perfume that she had recommended and brought back to the counter. She ended up charging me for two bottles WITHOUT telling me. After she Charged me 140 dollars instead of 72 that I owed, she told me she could not refund me for HER mistake. Then after calling her boss she decided to refund me the difference in cash. After I was on my way home I realize that she had shorted me 11 dollars on my purchase. I was mad and hurt and felt taken advantage of, but nothing was worse than when I arrived home and she DID NOT EVEN GIVE ME THE PERFUME THAT SHE RECOMMENDED. She gave me some random perfume. Bought an abaya and the lady at the counter rang up a different price than I saw on the tag. When I told her so gaslight me and said no that’s the not the price. I told her I saw the tag and she proceeded to WALK me to the abayas to pick the one with the “right” price I was asking. Which was ridiculous since 1) I saw the price and 2) I somehow couldn’t find the tag now. I told her 3 times she said no. After I buy it I step aside and find she TOOK the tag off and it was indeed the price I said it was. And when I told her she acted so confused and said “I’m new here let me text my manager”… new enough not to know anything but enough to be rude and try and gas light me. She ended up being wrong and having to give me the difference. No apology or anything. Rude service wont be back.
