Jewelry is beautiful. Unfortunately my experience ordering from this specific location has been awful. I ordered with a lady who I believe is primary sales person when calling.
Her customer service was unsatisfactory, while on the phone with her ,she was distracted by the children in the background.
When I was ready to make the transaction, she falsely stated I’d be charged 10% fee if I use any other payment method except Zelle.
After placing my order, I received no order # or any sort of order confirmation/receipt. My purchase through her seemed extremely unsecured.
I had to reach back out to ask for an invoice or order number and she was not willing to give me that and expected I just take her word.
Moving forward to the time of shipment, she told me I’d be receiving package the following day and when I asked for tracking information she said she’ll call me back and never did, when I spoke to the gentleman from the Orland park location, I was informed it wasn’t shipped out yet.
A few days after her fabricated shipping update, she asks me to confirm address of which was incorrect and when I corrected her she said she’s going off the address on my ID but she somehow put in the wrong city and chose not to listen or follow address on my ID and never replied.
Finally, once package was shipped out, Fedex driver could not locate my address because the lady chose to stick to the incorrect address to which almost one week later I still had not received my order.
When I informed them of this, no one cared to refund me for the two day shipping fee or get to ensuring that my package is promptly received.
I encourage you purchase from the Orland Park location as the gentlemen there assisted with me in working to make sure things were handled properly and securely. To this day I have heard nothing from the Bridgeview team.

I recently spent $5K on a necklace as a special engagement gift, and while the product itself is beautiful, I was really disappointed by the lack of care in how it was packaged.
I had asked the sales associate multiple times - very politely - to please package it nicely, as it was going to be presented to a bride. She assured me she would. But when the necklace arrived (we had to have it shipped after Zelle payment), it was packaged with no attention or thought. No gift bag, not even the box we were shown in the store. For a purchase of that value, I expected better follow-through.

Read moreWe were in there today and agreed to buy 2 of the same gold bracelets. There was a Lebanese or Syrian gentleman that helped up. He told us they are $630 a piece. I asked him do them $600 a piece he said no. So we decided to buy them he tried charging us $730 instead. We told him you just said $630 he said no I didn’t and tried to scam us. When I got upset and told him “you’re wrong for that” he then said you know what I’ll do then $600 a piece. Moral of the story a bunch of lies and scams.
