Play It Again Sports — Local services in Worth Township

Extremely neglect not professional staff with no customer service. There were at least two employees at the front counter when I waked in and no one greeted me. The store had maybe three customer in it. I proceeded to the golf section where I remained for about five minutes where no employee asked if I needed help where as I heard employees in the distance ask other customers if they needed help with anything. I picked out my golf club and proceeded to the counter where I waited another two minutes to be serviced. I had to get another employees attention (who had made eye contact with me several times while I was waiting at the register to be checked out) by asking if he was the only one working. Only then did he tell to the back for someone to come to the counter. Again, no pleasantries, no smiling or welcoming demeanor from the employee as he approached the counter and rang me up. UNBELIEVEABLE!

I will gladly go to another location rather than come here again for...

I called them on the internet 2nd of July to inquire if they were purchasing any used ice hockey goalie equipment.

I was told on this day that they were purchasing gear so I offered to send pictures of all my gear and was told they’d get back to me either that day or up to 24 hours. I called back the next day to assure they received my email and was told the manager was reviewing my email and would get back to me shortly. 96 hours later still no reply so I called the store back only to be told they aren’t buying any goalie equipment.

This is something that could have been relayed to me in less than 5 minutes via email to show respect for my time and effort I put into taking 30+ pictures. Lazy and unprofessional.

I’ve never had a good experience with play it again sports and have zero idea why this time would be any different.

Only gave them a 1 star because I couldn’t give them a zero.

Go to a Pure Hockey and avoid wasting any of your time or money with...

I’ve been a Customer for 10 years . I purchased a used Proform Personnel Trainer Commercial Treadmill and it lasted 10 years no repairs ever needed. I Recommend this is the place to purchase All Your Work Out Equipment From. They have Treadmills, Stair masters, Bikes, Weights, Etc. Give them a call I’m sure they can get any Workout Equipment you may need KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK...
