Tea yard — Restaurant in Worth Township

I have been coming here since 2019 and throughout the last 5-6 years, tried at least 25 other Boba/Milk Tea shops in various cities and neighborhoods. Tea Yard has always been and is still my favorite. There are so many variables to make a drink - different flavors, toppings, types of drinks (smoothies, Dalgona/coffee, milk, fruit, slush, honey tea, frappe) and now ice cream and waffles round out the amazing options. The ingredients are high quality, from the tapioca or popping boba, to the teas and coffees themselves. The staff is so attentive and friendly, helping new customers who may need some questions answered, and also remembering regular customers by welcoming them with the warm greeting of a friend and knowing the usual orders by heart. They have added Gatchapon machines and crane machines in the last year or two, and the ambiance is comfortable, immaculately clean, and the equivalent aesthetically of a warm hug. my sister and i just got two drinks from teayard, a strawberry boba and a strawberry smoothie with boba. we were on our way back from the place to the car and the cup of the smoothie combusted and broke at the bottom. the drink spilled everywhere on my sister and in the car. no big deal, she goes in ask and the employees completely refused to make a drink. she told them the cup broke in the car and if they would be able to remake it and they stared and laughed at her. she asked for the manager and they would not say who the manager was. the manager eventually did come out but did nothing about it. he just sat there and said she would have to buy another. employees and manager were totally disrespectful. ignorant to sit there and laugh. we both work with customers and totally understand if a customer comes in yelling and being rude it was totally disrespectful that the employees sat there and laughed. this place sucks. so rude, do not go there no...

This place has amazing everything! Amazing people to help you decide what you want! They make everything perfectly and I mean that! Every bubble tea I've had has been made to perfection and their tapioca pearls are amazing! And although their bubble teas are amazing and every fruity drink is great I really have to recommend these fish ice cream sandwiches they look like taiyaki and they taste amazing but that's just a quick tip lol it tastes super sweet with the red bean and vanilla. But back to the tea yard itself! They also sell multiple snacks like Pocky and they also sell more than that! It's really a place you have to experience yourself! The people and the setting and the food and drinks just come together to make the perfect cozy shop! The shop itself is also very pretty and this place is easy to just stop into and go if needed! So overall if I could recommend this place fifteen times I would! It deserves...
