These inexperienced mechanics helped destroy my engine. They broke torque on my head bolts to replace a crankshaft. After that, they did not replace the head gasket. Not long after, my head gasket went and i ended up with a warped head. To top it off, they incorreclty installed an oil pump seal which resulted in my engine hemmoraging oil from undee the timing cover. All this was done to my engine that was brought to them already removed from my car! No excuses for this poor quality of work!

Interacting with the miserable married couple owners was no better. The husband actually yelled at me for complaining! To top it all off, they used a motorized pallet-jack to push my vehicle in and out of thier shop. This caused my front bumper to be damaged.

Go to this shop at your own peril! I should have listen to others and avoided them...

If I could give more than 5 Stars, I would. I had my car serviced today at Service On Site Automotive and it was the BEST car service I have ever had. I am so happy with the services provided. Chris did such an AMAZING job with my car. He fixed my car problems that other mechanics and the car dealership service department could not figure out. Renae was AWESOME with customer service at the front. You can really feel the genuineness at this place. You can tell they really care and put in the work and effort into making sure your car is fixed and good to go. From now on, I will be coming here for all my car services and issues. Brought my jeep in for a smoke test, as it had a check engine light for a small evap leak. The staff was super friendly, and I really appreciated the fact that they sent a video of the leak(just a bad gas cap in this case), and adjusted the quoted price since it was a fairly simple diagnostic. This was my first time taking any of my vehicles to the local mechanic, as I typically do most of my own maintenance, but I was treated like I had been a customer for years.

I also really appreciated the fact that they didn’t try to upsell me on things I didn’t need. This is one of the biggest reasons I wouldn’t hesitate to bring another vehicle in.

Bonus points for sending my daughter out the door with a handful of rubber ducks to put on other Jeeps...
