United States Postal Service — Local services in Wrightwood

Package prison... Nothing against the great workers here, but it is impossible to get a package if you work down the hill... They used to have hours that allowed for early pickup before they open, not anymore... They have parcel boxes outside, but 95% of the time I get a blue slip to pick up my package, rather than a key to get it outside...And I'm always at work during business hours. They could do better if they received more assistance from the higher ups...

So I had a package sent for general delivery. It was sent to the wrong post office. I have been trying FOR OVER A WEEK to call and have it sent to the right one but they literally pick up the phone and leave it off the hook... what is that?... it’s a Fed job... act like it. I won’t even visit the town now. That package was important and valuable and I have NO IDEA...
