Express — Local services in Wyomissing

Don't know what happened to this store. Used to always find something I liked, but the last two times I've been in here that hasn't been the case. Maybe I'm not into current trends. However, jeans never go out of style and the last time I was here there were hardly any! It's October, why are there still shorts being sold rather than jeans? Now I have to order some online and hope they fit. Really not up for driving an hour to the next closest Express. There's so much wasted floor space that could be dedicated to more stuff. I used to think that Express was a great store for professional and classy looking outfits, but when I was here in the summer, one of the employees was dressed borderline trashy. At least they...

I just purchased and man suite for my wedding and left it so they can iron. I came the next day to pick it up it was not iron and told her is not iron and her respond was is not my responsibility I was not here in the morning the associate assigned at the store on that day September 23/2025. I ask for a manager or supervisor she told me their was no one their but her and another associate. I used work for suite store and I know for sure she can not close a store as an associate unless she did want to take responsibility for what happen.. it was a suite os 400$ for this kind of service. No way....

Express doesn’t seem to care about the customer at all. If you buy an item from the clearance section make sure you love it because they won’t accept returns or exchanges. I called the store soon after I made the purchase and the person wasn’t very helpful or friendly at all. Customer service on the phone was not very helpful either. For a stores that sales a bit expansive clothes they don’t seem to care about the customer, which is their main source...
