I tried working here and while the work isn't terrible, it's sad how little they care. They don't tell you anything just point to what to do and have you do it, but what do you do when you run out of supplies or need a new pallet? Better hope you can speak Spanish, which is sad because they have a lot of nice Spanish ladies that will try to help you but I wish they had better jobs themselves, because they deserve better. This job is for prisoners or deadbeats that need a low-thinking job. Two 20 minute breaks that are partly spent walking through the factory make it feel neverending. But I really can't put into words how little they train you, it felt like I just walked in there and pretended I worked there. They didn't even teach me how to clock in or out and when I asked someone how they said they'll teach me then moved me to the other side of the factory to work. There I did the most fast paced line production job I ever did and even though you're supposed to switch every hour, I ended up doing that BS for an hour and a half because there was literally no stopping to ask questions unless you wanted to cause a stoppage...
