My watch had a link removed at walmart and they lost the piece that held the band together..this watch holds such a special meaning to me so i brought it in to P.R Sturgills to see if they could fix it and explained why it meant so much..the kind lady listened and understood and did not promise they had the piece but said they could try.. I crossed my fingers while i waited for the called ..and bless it be they did!!! When i asked how much..she said no charge!! I was blown away by such a tender act of kindness.. I will be buying my jewelry from here from now on!! Thank You I will never be able to say Thank You enough.. Merry Christmas to all at P.R Sturgills...
